Dismantling Plain Cement or lime work including stacking seviceable materails in countable stacks within 15 M lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:-400-1) :- Construction of granular sub- base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (For Grading-II Material)

Providing ,supplying & spreading of stone dust in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of materials , labour, royality and taxes all complete as per specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Supplying and laying (properly as per design and drawing) rip-rap with good quality of boulders duly packed including the cost of materials, royalty all taxes etc. but excluding the cost of carriage all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand zone(III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any Thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, abutments, posts and structs etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, foors having slope up to 150 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staicases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five lvevel, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm ,10 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm dia rods bars as per approved design and drawing with cutting , bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire ,removal of rust , placing the rods in postion ( excluding carriage of bars to work site) , all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.TMT Fe 500 ( only valid for SAIL and TATA steel , JSPL, Electro steel Ltd Bokaro and Vizag (RINL) 8mm

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made concrete interlocking pavour block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design and shaped, laid in required colour and pattern over bed as per relevant IRC code filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per the direction of E/I

Providing, stacking and Displaying Phoenix Palm having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 10 to 15 leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing of Tuflex Garden fencing Hexagonal net/or equivalent of green colour having contents ( Weight grams/sqm. 510 (+/- 8%)) in width of 60 cm. with bamboo of 90 cm. length. The bamboo should be painted with green colour paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and fixed 30 cm. below ground level and 60 cm. above ground level at a distance of 1.50 mtrs. The net and bamboo should be binded with 2 mm. G.I. Wire at three places properly as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered ,rammered ,fully compacted and fine dressed witg eart obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specificattion and direction of E/I (Mode of Measurement compacted volume )

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of from for Foundation , footing , bases of columns etc for mass concrete.
