Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material n.exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed ,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, all as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/wood/steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of existing barbed wire of any description and removal of the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel as in gates, grills, posts etc or in any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantlng fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Framed work such as grills, grating, framed guard bars, walk ways, railings etc. using steel conforming to Fe-290-O , Gde E-165 fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E165, all as specified and directed.

Refixing only mild steel framed work as in gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc for ornamental and intricate design, including necessary welding work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Qty obtained from demolition to be reused

Supply only chain link fencing of n.exc 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. (i) Fixing included under item No 18 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be measured at site, certified and signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor in MB.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting the drains not exc 50 cm in cross section, removal of mud, removing the grass, vegetation, shrubs etc from drain and removing the excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where difrected at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point omplete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 75mm thick , 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fast, plinth courses and the like finished fair & even, including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made glazed / polished chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x9-10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, including taking out of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, fixed with coach screw and washer as in roof, wall , fencing etc fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, complete all as specified & directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah water troughs, managers complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding wit and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil, n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly as in wire crate apron bunds complete all as specified and directed. (wire crate measured and paid separately)
