Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and segregation serviceable bricks, keep them staking for re use complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork (except bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc,complete all as specified. Note: Serviceable bricks received from item No. 4 here in before shall be reused in work.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc,complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance exceeding 500 M but n'exc. 1.50 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in cement mortar 1:4, mised with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound (Powder) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping, benching, kerbs etc including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provideded for etc. and remove materials from site of work complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to grade Fe.290. complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth.complete all as specified

M&L for mild steel work as in post and strut in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including embedding in concrete and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil comlete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 side of path/paver block (kerbs), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume alu. Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength 550 M pa minimum yield strength as in roof covering fixed using hot dip galvanized self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. (Note : minimum, yield strength 550 Mpa with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium, 43.5 %zinc, 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces)

M&L for mild steel work as in roof trusses (Framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rail and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

NOTE:- Site clearance of materials- All demolished material obtained from dismantling/demolition items shall be deposited at place shown by Engr-in-charge properly spread and levelled and site to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge otherwise panel recovery to a sum of Rs. 10000.00 be deducted from dues without any prior intimation.
