Pressed steel frames of size 125mmx60mm for doors with one or more rebates fabricated out of 1.25mm thick mild steel sheets with and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges (100mm medium weight-03 Nos on each rebate), lock strike plate with and including filling of hollow portion in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and making good the existing surface in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Pre-Polished kota stone as in flooring/treads of stair,18- 20 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 20mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified. Notes:- 1. Single piece kota stone shall be provided in treads of stair as per site requirement. 2. Slabs of not less than 550mm x550 shall be provided in all other places of flooring.

Pre-polished kota stone, 18-20 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser of steps etc., laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified. Notes:- 1. Single piece kota stone shall be provided in riser of stairs as per site requirement.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course, rough finished, complete all as specified.

Prepration of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising of one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified.

ROOF TRATETMENT FOR NON-ACCESSIBLE ROOF :- Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm and thereafter proviging polmeric water proofing membrane (five layered) of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm, having a centre core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethlene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/sqm, Top surfaces of roof after carrying out treatment as specified here-in-above shall be provided with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & directed.

ROOF TRATETMENT FOR ACCESSIBLE ROOF :- Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm and thereafter providing polmeric water proofing membrane (five layered) of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm, having a centre core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethlene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/sqm, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old PCC tiles from roof and removing bedding at any position and removing the deberis outside the MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete tiles, coloured, machine pressed, factory made of size 30cmx30cm, 20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 over roofs, complete all as specified.

WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO FLOOR AND VERTICAL SURFACES OF SUNKEN PORTION COMPRISING THE FOLLOWING:- (a) Demolition of floor and lime/cement concrete etc, removing all loose particles alongwith existing water proofing treatment (any number of layers) and cleaning by brushing with wire brushes to remove all dirt and cleaning the surface with water. (b) Providing 60cm long, 40mm dia GI medium grade spout pipe by making holes and making the surface good . (c) Brushing neat cement slurry @ 1.2 Kg/sqm duly blended with and including water proofing compound. (d) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including Water proofing compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accomodate sump pipe and curing the sunken potion with water minimum for 48 hours by ponding. (e) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.70 lit per sqm. After dryinh of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (f) Applying self adhesive type APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 1.5 Kg/Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement. (g) PCC 1:7:12 for filling of sunken portion after concealing all membrane and sealing all joints with sealing compound of MC Bouchemie/Roofex/Forre/Choksy/Dr Beck & Coty/FOSROC.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, MIXED WITH WATER PROOFING COMPOUND AS PER MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item)

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 in PATCHES NOT EXC 3SQM EACH on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, MIXED WITH WATER PROOFING COMPOUND AS PER MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600mmx600mmx600mm (Internal dimension) with follwing specifications :- Pit shall be underground with foundation in PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 brick work in CM (1:6), internally finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 and externally flushed pointed as work proceeds. Flooring shall be 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 laid over 75mm thick hardcore. Cover shall be of 6mm thick MS black sheet fixed to angle iron frame made out of 25x25x6mm by friction hinges welded to frame and sheet. Angle iron frame will be grouted on masonry chamber with MS hold fasts. Locking device will be provided to lock MS sheet cover to angle iron frame. One handle made out of MS round bar 12mm dia D type 15cm long shall also be welded on MS sheet cover. The steel surfaces exposed to view shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1500/15 sheet 1/1 dt 12.01.2015

CREDIT SCHEDULE: Deduct credit schedule Part-II Rs 23,11,447.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule. Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount. Contract Sum will be worked out after deducting the credit schedule amount during acceptance of tender.
