Repair and Maintenance of CDPO Building at Deogaon in the district of Bolangir for 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed of the foundation to the required width & depth & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing and filling clean dry sand of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth in 9" thick layer well watered and rammed incl. cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials etc.

C.C.(1:3:6) using 40mm HG metal of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials,cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/43 item 3)

R.C.C.(1:1.5:3 ) using 12mm HGCB chips of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting by means of vibrator, curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/44 item 7 ) Column Base

Cutting, straightening, coiled or bent up T. S. rod for R.C.C. work incl. bending, binding & tying the grills and placing in proper position with cost, conveyance,taxes of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and T.S. rod, cost of all labour & T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.( A/R P/52 item 9 ).

Flyash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using brick of size 23cmx11cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance plus minus 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours befour use incl.lowering, placing in position, watering and curing and cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of labour & T&P etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C..(For foundation & plinth). etc all complete.

Superstructure

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work after racking out joints incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C..

Iron work Wrought and put up in trusses etc complete.

Labour for fixing Profile sheet in roof drilling holes in wind ties incl fixing of ridges, vallies; wind ties,etc. exc. Cost of fittings. A/R 2006 , Sl No -32

C.C.(1:2:4 ) using 12mm HGCB chips of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting by means of vibrator, curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/44 item 7 )

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type ) made up aluminium Section 151-154 . 151-155 , as windows frame section No .151-155 , 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour , T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in - Charge.
