All Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of Contract shall be governed as per the provisions detailed in SBD Part-I.
The scope of work for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 4 Nos. 3 TR Tower Type Air Conditioners complete with installation of Refrigerant Copper Piping, Drain Piping, Drain Pumps and Associated Installation Works at 4th floor, CRIS Office, DMRC Building, Supreme Court Metro Station, New Delhi-110001, defined in Tender Part-II. Certain Special Conditions of Contract applicable to this tender are also outlined in Tender Part-II. In case any condition is not explicitly mentioned in Tender Part-II, the relevant provisions of SBD Part-I shall be applicable and binding.
Bidders are advised to thoroughly read and understand both SBD Part-I and Tender Part-II. Submission of the bid shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions contained therein.
In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the clauses of SBD Part-I and Tender Part-II, the provisions of SBD Part-I shall prevail, unless specifically stated otherwise.
The rates in Schedule shall be inclusive of any other additional items or works required other than the above for successful execution of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 4 Nos. 3 TR Tower Type Air Conditioners complete with installation of Refrigerant Copper Piping, Drain Piping, Drain Pumps and Associated Installation Works at 4th floor, CRIS Office, DMRC Building, Supreme Court Metro Station, New Delhi- 110001 during the currency of contract.
CRIS will not pay for any additional items or works required in connection with completion of subject work. The prices shall include Goods and Service Tax and rates shall be firm during contract period.
Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of Tower-Type Air Conditioning Units, along with all allied accessories and associated works, at the 4th Floor, CRIS Office, DMRC Building, Supreme Court Metro Station, New Delhi - 110001.
