Painting of Power transformers and LT/HT Switchgear Panels at CHP BTPS

The intending bidder in his name should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work such as Painting of Power transformers or LT/HT Switchgear Panels in any power generating station OR industry OR organization OR Local bodies corporation of value not less than Rs.2.12 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in any one of the preceding five years. Work order and Work done certificates shall be enclosed as a documentary proof issued by the competent authority. Cost of completed works of previous years will be given 10 per cent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.

The intending bidder in his name should have an average annual financial turnover of not be less than Rs.4.24 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in any of the two financial years in preceding five financial years. A self-attested copy of Auditors report along with the Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements & turnover certificates shall be enclosed as a documentary proof. Financial Turnover of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.

The intending bidder shall hold a valid Class II or above Electrical contractor license issued by Electrical Inspectorate/competent authority. If the electrical license is issued by other than State Government of Karnataka, the bidder should get Electrical Licence/Consent Letter from Electrical Inspectorate to Government of Karnataka within two months from the date of issue of Work order. A Declaration to this effect shall be furnished by the intending bidder along with the bid as per ANNEXURE-II
