Operation and maintenance (preventive and breakdown) of i) various electrical and mechanical installations in operational area such as transformers, related LT & HT panels, DG sets at 33/0.433KV Sub Station, CCRs, ALCMS, Airfield lighting, Signage, power supply to various NAV aids and equipement rooms) at Dibrugarh Airport including repairing etc. complete as required. ii) 40KLD capacity Sewage treatment plant including pumps, starter, electrical panel, tank cleaning, chemical charging of filtration units, at Dibrugarh Airport and repairing etc. as required.

Operation and maintenance (preventive and breakdown) of fire fighting and Sprinkler system including Fire pumps, Diesel engine, sprinklers etc. and addressable type Fire detection & Alarm system including Fire alarm panel, detectors, hooters etc. installed in fire pump room & various locations in NTB at Dibrugarh Airport by providing manpower, tools & tackles and attending the preventive maintenance & complaints/breakdown, repairing related to fire fighting system and fire alarm & detection system as per enclosed scope/schedule/specifications complete as required.

Providing of Computer Operator and multi tasking assitant for carrying out day to day entries, assisting in official works inclduing performing Data Entry, SAP and E-Tender works as per the special conditions of contract etc. as required.

Carrying out work as per CPWD DSR 2018 Electrical (Internal & External) as and when required amounting Rs.1,00,000/-. [If the agency wants to quote the rates at par with CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 then 1.00 should be written in the Column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% below to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 than 0.95 should be written in the column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% above to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 than 1.05 should be written in the column box of Rate. This information is only for guidance purpose to the contractor for filling up rates for this item only. However contractor is free to quote the rates any percentage above / below or at par with the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018].

Filtration of Transformer oil including testing of BDV value before and after filtration as per Indian Standard required for 33 KV indoor transformer operation etc. including submission of test reports as per the direction of EIC.

Replacement of silica jel in breather of indoor transformers installed at Sub-Station as and when required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm dia sweep 240 volt 50 Hz AC supply including replacement of bearing, bush etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of following size exhaust fan, 240 volt 50 hz AC supply including replacement of bearing, bush etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of following capacity, 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply three phase induction motors including replacement of bearing, bush, servicing etc. complete as required.
