He shall ensure that each sheet has a block for signature of Railway Official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authorised signatory of the firm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column.( Inspection by Consignee).

Item Breakup - 02-SOR EXECUTION

Installation distribution panel/Auto Changeover Panel, power supply equipments such as Rectifiers Transformers, Battery chargers etc., mounting of Program switches on bakelite sheet of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 mm fitted to MS angle (size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm) brackets, wiring as per requirements. Necessary wires to be supplied by Rlys, lugs & glands to be supplied by Contractor.

Erection of CLS Post with Surface base and Numbers signal unit on top or on OFF set Bracket, fixing of front and back staging, ladder and guards, signal name plates/boards if any with contractors own brackets and fixing materials. This also includes erection of auxiliary signals like calling on, shunt signal if any. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Termination terminal/fuse blocks in the apparatus Cases/ Conductor cable termination rack.This includes all associated works of pulling out the cable from underground. The work shall be done as per location plans and instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Excavation and Casting of Apparatus Case Numbers foundation with contractors Anchor bolts, cement, ballast and other materials. The required scaffolding Ferma etc for Casting of foundation will have to be brought by the contractor at his own cost. Single Case as per Drg No . SK-803.

Installation RDSO/SPN/197/Ver.I or latest, to construct earthing of </= 1 ohm consisting of a. digging the earth to required depth,insertion of electrode, filling of earth enhancing compound & construction of chamber, measurement of earth value and all other work of earthing as per code of practice. All the consumables for mounting the copper tape inside the relay room, Exothermic weld materials and tools & fixtures for the welding Copper tapes and electrodes shall be arranged by the contractor.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route cum plan,1.0 mt. deep and 300mm wide along side the track in normal soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately before covering by stones/bricks, clearing of route, bushes etc. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions proportionate payment will be made.

Cutting of all types of Roads/ platforms cum preparatory to trenching and excavation to depth of 300mmx300mm wide approx. and refilling after laying of RCC/GI /DWC pipe & to restore them to original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Fixing of GI pipes for crossing the culverts, Metre bridges etc. and concreting of ends with brick masonry at both ends as per the instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Digging of trench 1.0 M deep from rail cum flange/road level (for LC) and 0.3Mtrs. to 0.6 Mtrs wide and back filling after placing of DWC/RCC/GI pipe.(Placing of DWC/RCC/GI pipe coverd separately. The ballast disturbed be screened and dressed as required by Engineer-in-charge or his representatives and road tarred immediately. Drg. No. SK 806.

Laying of DWC/RCC pipes along with collars in Metre trenches at places of track and road crossings, platform cuttings etc.

Wherever depth of 0.5M cable trench is not cum feasible, cable shall be protected as under:- Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100 mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench. Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum Metre 2.0 Mtr. depth alongwith laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for track crossing with minimum depth reckoned from the bottom of the rail/road crossing with minimum depth reckoned from ground level. The work shall be done as per extant practice & instructions of site Engineer. Prepration of site for Horizondal boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative. HDPE will be supplied by Railways. Note:- Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

Releasing Equipments,relays and relay racks, CT racks, Batteries, Block Instts., Ground frame/s, Location Boxes, TLJBs, Signal Posts, Signal Units, Equipment inside the location boxes, Lifting Barrier , rodding runs,etc as applicable including the breaking of foundation etc. as per the instructions of Rly Engineer at site & their transportation to nominated depot.

Installation of earth electrode assenbly as per Numbers Drg.No.RE/S&T/SIG/Tender/SK726/85 including earth wire connected through GI wire 8 SWG supported on M.S. flat of size 6mm x 40 mm to earth electrode as per drg. No. CR/S&T/SK- 815 for sigg. Equipment such as lever frames, apparatus case, signals, relay racks,block insruments, and etc. as per RE manual. The earth value should be less than 10 Ohms including the lead wire. The value should be measured in presence of Rly. supervisor. It should be documented and painted on earth enclosure made of concrete.( only earth electrode will be supplied by Railway). All other material required for provision of earthing will be brought by the contractor.

Preparation of cable route plan, cable coreage Lot plan, location particulars, Cable termination rack particulars, cable meggering report, earth resistance particulars, Traction bonding diagram, 1/2 wire count sheet and any other drawing in Autocad in A3/A4 size.The contractor shall initially supply 3 sets of circuits complete for approval of Railways. Railways will return one set to the contractor duly approved with alterations/corrections if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railways alterations/corrections in the tracings without any deviation and submit all tracings complete in all respects to the Railways . This includes submission of final cable route plan as per laid cable duly measured at every 30m clearly indicating distance of laid cable from fixed point of reference & indicating all track crossings and tail cables. This also include designing of cable coreage plan based upon I.P in consultation with engineer-in-charge. For small/medium yards (<= 100 routes). Total 1896580.50

Supply, Commissioning with OEM certification of Modular power supply arrangement for VDU (42""-85"") and embedded PC with input and output redundancy arrangement and hot pluggable modules having voltage & load current digital display on each module. Each set consisting of :- 1.Isolated inverters (master/slave with auto changeover)-2 Nos. input 110V DC, output 110VAC, 500VA (as per RDSO TAN No- STS/E/TAN/3012 Version 3.0 Dated-03.11.2022) 2. Execution of S & T work related to engineering Job /Signalling block of CTR/TTR/TSR or others, in one block, five unskilled manpower have to be provided during block for S&T connection removing & refixing as per Railway site engineer instruction.

Providing Road breaker/Concrete Breaker with Hour compressor and jack hammer for railway work such as cutting and dismantling of road concrete/ Bricks pucca structure (RCC/Steel section) including contractor's fuel, driver and all other charges completed as directed by Engg in charge. Casting of cement concrete to protect S&T cum equipments and laid cables above pipes, signal store etc by concrete mixture of cement , sand, stone in the ratio of 1:2:4 using 25 mm graded stone aggregate as per instruction of site in charge of railways. Concrete is to be casted with the help of suitable size of shuttering from as per site requirement. concrete is to be cured for sufficient time as per standard practice of railways.
