Repair/Maints/Servicing complaint from in respect of non functioning of any type of Air Conditioners of windows/ split type/ Cassette/Tower type of any capacity due to loose electrical connections,no power supply, gas leakage or any other minor default / defects, identifying and rectifying the defects and making the AC by replacement/ renewal of air conditioners functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Parts/ accessories/articles renewed only shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).However minor items like nuts, bolts, washers, tapes,nails, screws, Aluminium clips,PVC rawl plugs/ sleeves, connector block, clamps, Aluminium lugs, etc. shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor.

Taking down of old serviceable split AC of 1.5TR/2 TR capacity from site, taking out residual refrigerent gas from the split AC by cutting the CP pipes/ tubes carefully and shifting ,transporting , fixing, installing, commissioning and testing including charging with Non CFC refrigerant gas taken out from the existing AC and making connections fixing of all piping work alongwith its insulation complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down of old serviceable Window type AC of 1.5TR/2 TR capacity from site and shifting ,transporting , fixing, installing, commissioning and testing including charging with Non CFC refrigerant gas and making connections fixing of all piping work alongwith its insulation complete all as specified and directed .

Repair/Maints/Servicing of Non functioning of 1.5 /2 TR capacity ,any type of Air Conditioners of windows/ split type of any capacity by testing the leakage in system by filling of nitrogen gas upto 300 PSI and repairing of leakage spot/ joints with gas welding work , cleaning and flushing the complete system with gas, making the complete system leakproof, vaccumising and charging of gas Non CFC and testing on load including renewal of air filter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for preparation and scraping old surfaces of water cooler body of any capacity and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved quality after filling a cavity with metal filling materials including necessary welding work of Bottom portion with Provn of angle iron frame, PGI sheet etc and made the bottom rusted part in good condition and writing S M No with white/ Black colour paint all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing (in repairs) replacement of PVC sprinkle nozzles of size 15 mm dia heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing (in repairs) replacement of water pressure gauge with 3/8" brass sampling nozzle of size 7 kg/10 kg pressure of dia 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charges.

Dismantling of unserviceable compressor of 120 to 180 litre capacity any make/brand ( Make Kirloskar Model No CAJ 2612/AE4440M) or equivalent of other specified make from water cooler including disconnecting suction / Discharge copper tubing and supply & fixing new compressor (sealed unit) with initially gas filled with nuts, bolts, rubbers grommet and washer, connecting copper tubing by welding flare nuts, detecting leak and repairs if any flushing and pressure testing by nitrogen & etc. vacuumising, charging with non CFC refrigerant gas matching with R-134, of following capacities and make & Model complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewal of PVC sheet rubber beading of water cooler top cover of any capacities of by screwing the same to make the cover air tight/ insect proof complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing (in repairs) CP Brass push cock (inner or outer threaded) of 15 mm bore size long noze medium size complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out carefully 325 to 500 mm sweep desert cooler from its existing position from stand/ walls or pillar, removing the side panels, taking out wool wood pads or loose pads and disposed to a distance not exceeding 50 metres away as directed by EIC and spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour outside after preparation of old painted surfaces and reassembling including renewal of minor items i.e. PVC distributor, PVC nozzles and PVC pipe as required and fixing in position, writing MES No with thick synthetic enamel paint 25 mm size of letters, figures etc. complete all as specified. Note:- Wood pads shall be measured separately.

Desclaing of condenser unit by using cleaning solution, HCL, Sulphuric Acid, shoftner chemical, circulating pump, descaling brush, shoue, hand gloves, flange gaset, rubber insertation gasket etc. of capacity 37.5 TR chiller complete all as specified & diected.

Repair/servicing of hot water generator pump & motor of capacity 1 Hp complete all as specified & diected.

Repair/servicing of hot water generator capacity 54 Kw including replacement of unserviceable element complete all as specified & diected.

Servicing of pump & motor of capacity 5 Hp to 7.5 Hp complete all as specified & diected.

Repair and servicing of chiller plant panel of capacity 37.5 TR, cleaning all contactors and removing damaged electric cable and rewiring with the same gauge new copper wires and make functional complete all as specified and directed. Note- All should be done by specialised refrigeration mechanic.

M&L for writing with 2 inch wide letters of SM/MES No.- as per sample on the central Ac plant/ Acs / Desert cooler / Water cooler / Refrigerator / Deep freezer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Writing upto 30 nos. letters count will be counted as one job.
