Improvement of Road from Church Chowk to Golebazar Chowk via Modipara Chowk to Rastalia from 0-000 km to 1-960 km in the district of Sambalpur under State Plan for the year 2025-26

Providing 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 803.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and fixing of Bidirectional retro reflective Raised Pavement Markers of approved colour/Quality & make conorming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including cleaning,preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, taxes, duties, sundries, T&P etc. complete

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including rough dressing and levelling the bed level and dosposal of the excavated materials away from work site with in 5.00 km by mechanical means including all cost, conveyance, labour and T&P etc; complete asper direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, filling clean sand of approved quality in road work for construction of drainage layer and foundation trenches of structures in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

P C C- M15 as levelling coarse using 40 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
