Excavating pit for fixing sluice valve/ or non-return valve and or C.I specials in the existing CI/ DI pipe line including cutting of C.I / DI pipe line taking out the cut pipe pieces pumping or bailing out water caused by cutting of line and refilling the pit etc. complete a.) For C.I/ DI pipe line 80 mm dia upto 150 mm dia.

b) For C.I/ DI pipe line 150 mm dia upto 300 mm dia.

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil, Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun)/ ductile iron pipes. Confirming to IS: 8329. a) 100 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes

b) 150 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes

c) 200 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes

d) 250 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes

e) 300 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes

Providing and laying S&S C.I standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers and caps etc. (heavy class). A) upto 300mm dia .

Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I pipes and specials including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead. A) 100mm diameter pipe.
