Dismantling old steel pole/struts any size all as directed by engineer in charge all as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation to be measured separately.

Supply and installation testing commssiong of 500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, AC, 3 PHASE, 50 HZ, ONAN Cooled Oil Immersed copper wound Outdoor type Step Down Transformer complete with first filling of IS : 335 ISI Marked Filtered & Dehydrated Transformer Oil and other standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS 1180:2014 (level 3) of capacity 500 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature, air nature (ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and Star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (Vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and 7 position OFF-LOAD tap changer having taping range of +/- 7.5% complete with all accessories, connection and fixed externally with suitable rating of motor, gear box and enclosure, the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celcisu n oil and 55 degree celsisu in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continious fll load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celcius. The transformer shall be IS 1180:2014 Part -I (level 3) with amd. No. 1,2,3 & 4. Total Losses @50% Load not more than 1354W and Total Losses @100% Load not more than 3909W including and shall comprise of the following:- (i) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of 03 Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rod, complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (ii) One cable box on LT side (secondary) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rod, complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (iv) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (Silica gel). (v) Explosive vent (vi) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (vii) One number 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having max perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (viii) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strip for earthing of neutral body. (ix) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (x) Oil level gauge (xi) Oil drain filter valve. (xii) Lifting hooks. (xiii) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (xiv) MS wheels 04 Nos with lock pins including making of plinth for transformer are required on ground and as directed. (xv) Oil temp/winding temp lubricating with marshaling box.

Shifting of distribution transformer 63 to 500 KVA capacity and any locaion inside the cantt or deposit to MES store yard for further disposal action complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

M&L for bricks sub class ‘B’ brick old size for cable protection laid in flat in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exc 50cm & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
