Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including, providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 125 mm thick reinforced designation 75A brick work in CM (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 25 including the cost of screening, carriage of materials, scaffolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, and fixing fan hook of 16mm dia M.S. bar 1 meter long bent to required size and shape , placed in position and fixed in R.C.C. slab/beam at the time of casting all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over new wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 30mm thick solid core type non-decorative single leaf flush door shutter in door and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb
