Charge for Jack up of m/c with the help of 200T jack, transporation of slippers from shovel shed to m/c, inserting of wooden slippers under the carbody of machine etc (Job consisting supervisor, fitter and semiskilled helpers and 2 nos hyd jack 200T)

Charge for Demounting of both side track chain, track frame, both propel gear box, brakes, brake cover, gear tumblers, sprocket shafts, sprockets, propel motor etc. (Job consisting of supervisor, fitter, welder, semiskilled helper with welding machine and welding accessories.)

Charge for complete repairing of both side damaged 2 nos track frame. a) Dismantling, cleaning and handling of 4 nos lower roller shaft with accessories of each track frame. (Job consisting of skilled supervisor, fitter, welder, semiskilled helpers with welding machine, accessories, hyd jack 100T, 75 kgs of iron and steel for jigs fixture and less scrap of 75 kgs for each roller shaft). b) Welding of worn out/ broken portion of track frame and ginding as well as repairing of 2 nos upper roller shaft of each track frame. (job consisting of skilled supervisor, welder, grinding man, helper with welding m/c, accessories, girinding m/c and wheel) c) Repairing of 4 nos dirt seal housing of each track frame. d) Assembling and handling of 4 nos. new lower roller shaft, 4 nos. lower roller, dirt seals, clamps, roller caps etc of each track frame. (Job consisting of skilled supervisor, fitter, welder, semiskilled helper with welding m/c and accessories for each roller assembly).

Charge for complete mounting/ fitting of both side track frame with carbody and welding (2 nos) (job consisting of skilled supervisor, fitter, welder, semiskilled helpers with welding m/c and welding/ cutting set for each)

Charge for fitting of take-up axle, 2 nos thrust plate, 2 nos dirt seal, 2 nos take-up wheel, 2 nos clamp, 2 nos cap etc. (job consisting of supervisor, fitter and semiskilled helpers)

Charge for repairing/ rebuilding and co-axial boring of final drive housing (inner) both side (L & R) and 3rd intermediate shaft outer bearing housing of R/side track frame. a) Welding, cutting and co-axial boring of 3rd intermediate shaft outer bearing housing both side (vol. 759.00 cu. Cm each side). (job consisting of skilled supervisor, welder, helper with welding m/c, welding accessories)

Charge for mounting/ fitment of both side propel gearbox, brakes, brake covers, gear tumblers, sprocket shafts, sprockets, propel motor, track chain etc with air & lubrication spares/ sub asslys, removing of slippers under the carbody etc and providing of Nut & bolts. (job consisting of skilled supervisor, fitter, welder, semiskilled helper with welding m/c, accessories and 18 nos cap screw 24x150 mm, 80 nos bolt size 16x35 mm, 8 nos hex bolt 48x125 mm)
