S&F in replacement of 50 mm bore GI tubing, light grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for earthing strip protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper Strip of size 20 X 3 .15mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower including taking down GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Copper Strip of size 25 X 3 mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper Strip of size 32 X 6 mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc including taking down GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of flexible Copper Strip of size 20x3 mm thickness ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for copper brazing with copper strip of size 32 X 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of ceramic supporter with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls/PCC blocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers , of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3 .15mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI Strip of size 25 X 3 .15mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L charcoal for earthing pit recharging all as directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for earthing of equipments with copper plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.25m. below ground level) brazed with copper strip 20x3 mm size 7.0 mtr long and connected to copper strip of any size by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The rated quoted is deemed to the inclusive of the followings:- (a) The excavation and earth work (filling in, ramming in layers, watering etc as directed) in any type of soil for earth pit (pit size 1.20x 1.20x3.0mtr). (b) Perforated GI tubing (ISI marked) light grade 50mm bore 7.0 mtr long for strip protection and watering. (c) Common salt charcoal dust in alternative layers of 15cm, up to 60cm above the top of copper plate all as directed (Salt - 300Kg, Charcoal dust - 500 Kg). (d) Earth chamber of internal size 600mmx600mmx600mm, built in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 bed 15cm thick at bottom, brick work in CM 1:6 upto 45cm over PCC bed and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping 15cm above, embedded with MS angle 50mmx50mmx3mm frame work duly painted with anti corrosive bituminous paint, with and including RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm) having lifting arrangement duly painted in green and making earth pit as directed. (e) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance < 2 Ohms is not obtained, earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (f) GI tubing, bib tap etc for provisioning of continuous water supply at earthing pit will be measured and paid seperately under respective schedule of the contract.

M & L for chemical earthing complete with copper plate earth electrode 90cmx60cmx5 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 4.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 3.25 mtr below ground level) brazed with copper strip 50x6 mm size 7.5 mtr long and connected to copper strip of any size by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The rated quoted is deemed to the inclusive of the followings:- (a) The excavation and earth work (filling in, ramming in layers, watering etc as directed) in any type of soil for earth pit (pit size 1.20x 1.20x4.0mtr). M & L in replacement of testing point box of size 100 x 100 x 50 mm depth as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of earhing pit GI funnel as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of 15 mm PVC bib tap (ISI marked) as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying of 40 mm size grade coarse stone aggregate for maintenance of earth chambers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and up any type of copper/aluminium strip of any size and type on wall or building roof for execution of misc works on roof and the same has been to be fix after completion of work. (Insulators,nut bolts with washers and any type of strip will be measured and paid separately against the item in the schedule)

General Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning :- a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device. (b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. c )Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint. e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery is in the scope of contractor. (f) The manufacturer shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The Manufacturer shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set.Unit rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to included in this rate. (g) unit rate quoted shall be include exhaust piping, extra civil work such as support structure including foundation for base or fixing with bolt , distribution board shall be provided by the contractor.

Scope of Installation :- a) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device when offered by the vendor is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the seller. The installation work of Emission Control Retrofit Device. b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the seller. Warranty/Service ;- 12 months Number of preventive maintenance visits offered in a year during warranty period :- 2 visits (c ) Product life - 10 Year, (d) Security deposit:- Contractor shall also deposit the security amount @2.5 % of quoted amount for a period of 10 Year after date of completion of work. Security Amount shall be realeased to contractor after 10 year. (e) Testing:- After installation testing will be done in presence of Engg-in-Charge, Contractor and REp of Accepting Officer.

M&L for flame proof point wiring complete using colour code with two run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded copper conductor ZHLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistrandard copper conductor cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through and including ERW steel conduit 20 mm dia (external flame froof) heavy grade (IS Marked) including necessary all accessories/fixtures , concealed in wall , ceiling including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes with flame retardant sheet of approved shade 3 mm thick including providing continuous earth wire with one single run of 1.5 sq mm single core mult-stranded copper conductor ZHLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 for one light point controlled by one way flame proof switch etc , complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. S&F submain wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH Grade copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of not less than 20mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in wall/surface of ceiling for two runs of 4 Sqmm single core HR Grade and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire between main DB to Sub main DB points complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLSH copper cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor in and including cutting of chases to lay PVC rigid concealed conduit (medium grade), exposed to surface wherever required including conduit as specified and making good to surface by using CM 1:3, and using of wall finish paint to match the existing surface, as specified including all fittings and conduit accessories also complete including PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Cost for cutting chases and making good to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for submain wiring of two run with 04 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing-n-coping/conduit pipe as per site requirement medium grade and accessories of suitable size and fixed on wall/ceiling including one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS , flexible copper cable as earth continuity conductor in green colour all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit/ Casing-caping and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of factory made epoxy polyster powder coated distribution board SP&N 4 way fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, suitable for one incoming and 6 outgoings complete all as specified and confirming to IS: 8623 Note: Cutting on wall and taking out old one and then flushing new DB and making all the connection as before and any accessories required to fix the DB including making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F MCB SPN of rating 40 Amp, 240 Volt, 10 KA, 'C' series type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repalcement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps ,10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .

S&F GI modular gang sunk-in pressed terminal boxes of Meal flush box 3 module size not less than 1.2mm thick factory made complete all specified and directed. Note : Flushing of module box in wall with cement and repairing the wall as before is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F white cover plate with frame 3 module complete all specified and directed

Supply & fix Air circulator wall mounted fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 400 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and as directed. Note – appropriate nut bolts for fixing of wall mounted fan will be deemed to be included by rate quoted by contractor.

Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs. 164200/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 133 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) As contract is maintenance nature the site shall be handed over in pieces as per site availability from users.
