Replacement of foam cushion for seat & back of sofa set made of flexi polyurethane foam of 40 density of size 21” x 22” x 100mm thick with tapestry cover (Cost not less than 350/- per Mtr of shade and colour as approved by GE) over a cover of markin cloth of best quality complete (Each Set consisting of 05 Nos Seat cushions & 05 Nos Back cushions). Replacement of wooden arm of sofa set with new 1st class hard wood arm of existing shape & size.

Replacement of wooden batten of sofa set with new 1st class hard wood batten of existing shape & size all as specified.

Replacement of wooden long rail of sofa set (for 3 seater) with new 1st class hard wood long rail of existing shape & size.

Replacement of wooden front/ rear rail with new 1st class hard wood long rail of existing shape & size.

Replacement of wooden side rail of sofa set with new 1st class hard wood short rail of existing shape & size.

Replacement of wooden leg of sofa set with new 1st class hard wood leg of existing shape & size.

Polishing old surface with one coat and new surface with two coats of French polish including proper filer material and preparation of surface after repairing of items complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR OF CHAIR COMPUTER (Drg No -FD/E6/MAP/01) Material and labour for repair & replacement of the following components of chair computer complete all as directed:-

Removing of worn out/ unserviceable tapestry cloth, foam etc. from seat of chair and providing new tapestry cloth over new polyurethane foam cushion 75mm thick, 40 density and cloth; fixing in shape all as per existing and providing PVC beading as per existing pattern complete. Make of foam: SLEEP WELL/KURLON/SWEET DREAM.

Replacement of worn out/ unserviceable tapestry cloth, foam etc from back of chair and providing new tapestry cloth, over new polyurethane foam cushion 50mm thick 40 density and cloth; fixing in shape all as per existing and providing PVC beading as per existing pattern complete. Make of foam: SLEEP WELL/KURLON/SWEET DREAM.

Replacement of broken/ worn castors wheels and supply and fixing new casters wheels (not less than 50mm Dia).

Replacement of broken arm handles and supply and fixing new arm handle as existing.

Replacement of old unserviceable hydraulic lifting mechanism (spindle) and supply and fixing new lifting mechanism as per existing.

Replacement of locking key of shaft and supply and fixing new locking key as existing.

Replacement of broken PVC base with castor wheels and supply and fixing of new PVC base with castor wheels complete.

BED HARD (MAP) (Drg No-FD/E6/ MAP/08(R) Material and labour for replacement of the following parts without disturbing the other component including tightening of frame all specified, shown on drg and directed:- Note : The work will be executed either at site or at BSO Furniture Yard to avoid the loss of manpower and transportation.

Supply and fixing 12mm thick commercial ply as in bed/ charpoy top as per existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed. Make of Ply: Kitply/ Greenply/ Century/ Duro.

Chair Varandah (Drg No. FD/MAP-II/06) Removing of existing old worn out/ unserviceable PVC seat and back of verandah chair and providing new PVC seat & back as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of chair verandah and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR WRITING CUSHIONED (DRG NO FD-1107) Material and labour for repair/ replacement of the following components of chair writing without disturbing the other component including tightening of frame complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of worn out/ unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat and providing new tapestry cloth with new polyurethane foam cushion shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 complete. Make of foam: SLEEP WELL/ KURLON/ SWEET DREAM.

Removing of old worn out/ unserviceable tapestry cloth from back and providing new tapestry cloth over with new polyurethane foam cushion shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 40 complete. Make of foam: SLEEP WELL/ KURLON/ SWEET DREAM.

Replacement of legs & arms handles with new arms handle as existing complete all as specified and directed

Polishing old surface with one coat and new surface with two coats of French polish including proper filer material and preparation of surface after repairing of items complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR DINNING JCO/ OR (Drg No. FD/MAP-II/05) Taking out old unserviceable leg and supply and fixing the front leg of sheesham wood Ist class made to shape, joint fixed with bamboo pins and fevicol by making Tennon Groove joints all as specified and as shown in drg wrought on all sides including dismantling & removing of all unserviceable legs from the frame complete all as specified.

TEAPOY VERANDAH MAP (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/17) Removing unserviceable top and supply and fixing new top made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board melamine faced ISI marked including teak wood beading all round the table fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of teapoy varandah steel base after smoothing of surface with one coat of black enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

CHARPOY HARD TOP (Drg No. FD/MAP-II/01) Removing the unserviceable plywood from charpoy MS pipe and tightening complete all as specified

Removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in legs, long rails and short rails of charpoy hard top complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade, ISI marked, commercial complete all as specified and directed

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/05) Removing the existing unserviceable broken hand board from chair school with hand board and supply and fixing new hand board made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade duly with PVC lipping complete all as specified and directed

Removing the existing unserviceable broken PVC moulded seat and hand board PLPB 18mm with teak wood beading of chair school with hand board and supply and fixing new PVC moulded seat and hand board complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of surfaces of chair school with hand board and painting with one coat synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed
