Preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth and width applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of vegetations,roots and shurbs from wall and making good the wall with cement, brick work and plastering including all scaffolding up to 4 storey building complete all as specified and directed .

E/M portion : -Taking down old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring concealed / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,sockets, ceiling roses,bell push,bell electric,lamp holder,bulk head fitting, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting and any type switch board wooden/iron,round block etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed .

Notes :- (i) For Serial No 106 to 157 : The Contractor has to complete the work assigned for above items with in 72 hrs failing in which recovery at the rate 25 Rs. Per complaint per day. (ii) For Serial No 106 to 157: The contractor has to complete the work assigned for said items with in 10 days from issue of fan through gate pass failing in which recovery at the rate of Rs. 25 per day per complaint shall be deduct. (iv) The MES Department is not responsible for the payment of staff hired by contractor for complaint rates for attending the complaints by the electrician are deems to included in the item for repair i.e. Electrician/Helper, as all the items of CA are to be supply and fixed by the contractor. (v) Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. (vi) All the complaint slip,register and connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (vii) After any repair the site has to be cleaned and make the surface good.
