A. Installation of 200 mm dia. X 120.00 M depth UPVC Deep tube well including security fencing & gate.
Source Development by installing 200 mm dia deep tube well of approximate depth 120.0 m. including providing all necessary UPVC casing pipe , slotted UPVC strainer ( 40 meter ) , pea gravels for well packing, bentonite clay etc.; providing all labour, machinery & equipment; developing of the well for minimum 48 hours etc., all complete as directed and specified. (DTW to be installed at DTW-II site) including supplying , fitting and fixing barbed wire fencing and gate with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W.G.x 2pliesx 4 points at 75mm apart including supplying fitting and fixing sawn sal wood posts of 100mmx100mm size struts 1800mm long at 1500mm apart driven at least 600mm under ground with providing 100mmx75mm size struts 1800mm long in corner, straining and end post as necessary including coaltaring two coats in posts and struts and supplying necessary nails, staples etc.complete as directed and specified (the distribution of the barbed wire should be placed at equal intervals for the intermediate except bottom and top which is to be placed at 100mm and 230mm clearance respectively) with double leaves entrance Gate of barbed wire with MS angle ( 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm r (size- 900 mm x 1500 mm ).
B. Supplying and laying of Raw Water pumping main
Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 150 mm dia Raw water transmission main of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K-9, P 1.0 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-9 suitable for Push- on Joint (Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed ,flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including various types of bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including required valves, appurtenances and chamber (air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, pressure gauges) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graed excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete for Raw Water Transmission Main system as per Technical Specifications, all complete and specified as per Employer's Requirements.
C. Supplying , Fitting , Fixing of Raw water Pump set.
Design, Supply, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of required discharge 9.14 lps: and head 40.00M as per approved design, conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design,control panel, submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run upto Panel and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. MS black column Pipe of Heavy duty conforming to IS-1239-Part-I (2004) standards including internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel painting, all complete as per Employer's requirements.
C. Drawing power line At DTW-II site
Providing electrical power connection to Deep Tube well site including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid with required no of PSC pole , setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed (approximate power requirement at DTW-II site : 25 KVA
D. Supplying and laying of Clear Water pumping main

E. Supply , Installation Testing and Commissining of Clear water Pump set.
Supply, testing and commissioning Treated Water Pumping machinery in the at the clear water pump room at treatment plant including all necessary electrical and other installation works horizontal split casing type electrically operated centrifugal pump set of with matching drive motor (as per relevant BIS specification) with variable frequency drive where required, all of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification & other regulatory norms, giving a required dicharge of 18.28 lps and Head: 35.00 M or as per required design against a total maximum head including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear along with required capacity Capacitor bank panel and connection cable of required sizes, arrangement for priming pump with standby provision & priming water tank with suitable staging & required GI piping etc., anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, and including payment of all taxes and duties as applicable, furnishing manufacturer's test certificate & characteristic performance curve of the pump set, all complete and specified as per Employer's Requirements.
