Taking down carefully unserviceable/ burnt (copper/aluminum) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets, pendants, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/ white washing/ colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point Wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FR cable 1100 volts grade, multi stranded with copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit with assessories in wall /ceiling etc including pressed steel terminal boxes 1.2mm thick covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, fixed surfaces to walls and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor multistranded FR cable 1100 V grade as earth continuity conductor & connecting to common earth dolly for the following:-.

(a) One light point controlled by one switch, one way 5/6 Amp

(b) one fan point point controlled by one switch and regulator, one way 5/6 Amp

(c) One 3 pin switch socket outlet point controlled by one 6 Amps on Independent board

Note:- 2 runs of 6 Sqmm cable alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm earth cable and PVC conduit shall be measured one unit length.

Taking down exhaust fan and material and labour for rewinding of exhaust fan motor size 300 to 450 mm sweep with supper enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size including cutting of old winding, varnishing threading connections with 3 core PVC insulated & sheathed copper flexible wire of size 40/0.0076 mm of lenght not more than one metre and refixing to its original position complete all as specified and directed .
