12mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:4 mix (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. Providing and fixing of Hot water Geysers of approved make like Venus, Racold etc of 50 ltrs capacity.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc sawn and fixed in position Budloo wood/ KD as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick ply wood with nails excluding cost of frame work but including carriages, nails etc complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade one or more coats on old work including scaffolding charges all complete.

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work including scaffolding charges all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (one or more coats) on old steel work.
