M&L for Preparation of old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Aluminium paint.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in hard dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of block masonry walls built in cement mortar

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry exc. 10 cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and setting in mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats i.e 10 mm thick under coat in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 (with river sand) mixed with WPC all as per manufacturer direction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: Water proofing compound will be paid separately under respective items.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
