Material and labour for excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 mtr but not exc. 3m in depth in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supply and laying for sub class 'B' bricks of old size (approved size locally available) laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 , 40 mm thick (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for floors and paving or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, 20 mm thick (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for floors and paving or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement LT underground cables 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 Core, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armored, with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work ,cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate for cable lugs / glands of suitable size deemed to be included in quoted rate.
