REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, AC SHEET, CEILINGS AND MISC WORKS AT SAPPER LINE, HOSTEL LINE AND FLOWERS LINE OF AGE B/R (SOUTH) NO. II UNDER GE (SOUTH) SECUNDERABAD

Removal of old roof treatment of any description and roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including and removing the debris to a distance of n.exc 100 m away from plinth protection all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in roof incl existing roof treatment (other than ground floor) and removing debris to a distance of n.exc 100M away from the bldg complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 by using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof, where required over slabs including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces fair even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound at the rate of 3% weight of cement over concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed (Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M & L cutting grooves in brick wall of size 75mm wide 65mm deep and shapping to horizontal face of the groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L priming the plastered roof surfaces with bitumenous primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 Kg per Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/per Sqm) and on primed surface by forced application and apply hot bitumen VG - 30 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over polymeric membrane and apply bitumen base Aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or laying if required) for carry out the roof repairs cleaning and removing all scale & dirts etc from tanks & hoisting reconnecting & refixing in position of the tank capacity exc 250 Ltrs & n.exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm dia complete all as specified

S&F 15mm dia steel water tubing of medium grade galvanised with all fittings & fixing complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting asbestos cement ( corrugated, semi-currugated etc.) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismandling framed wooden scandling sectional area exc 40 sq cm in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F II nd class hard-wood in scandlings clean sawn framed and fixed in repair as purlin/rafter and removing defectivc to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces cleats etc confirming to grade Fe-410 W E250 quality A.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile stength of 550 MPA asin roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling incl all as specified of grid size 605 X 605mm. Incl Hanger 4 mm dia GI wire ( up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed with roof slab/purlin etc all as specified and directed..

S & F 4mm thick (non asbestos Designer E-Board) fibre cement buildings boards fixed Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof curves or muds, stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plastering on brick walls/ celing etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scribing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of Brick works or Concrete surfaces and finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on soffit of slab/sun shade of Concrete surfaces and finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipes of any description any pattern incl all fittings heads, shoes bends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints incl MS brackets for fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.
