Hire charges for M.S./G.I. Pole 6 Mtr. long erected 3’ below ground level for providing Flood lights over them.The cost includes carriage and erection of pole including dismantling from site complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site (The rate of the job is for three days).

Hire charge for 3 phase distribution board pedestal comprising 400Amp MCCB, BBC 400 Amp, & TPN BDB 4 Way erected at site. The job includes making all incoming and outgoing connections with thimbles & lugs including testing & commissioning complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site (The rate of the job is for three days).

Providing temporary earthing on hire basis of complete function for pole and pedestal main/sub main with G.I earth wire No.8 SWG in 20/25mm dia G.I pipe partly recessed 6' below ground level upto pedestal and pole. This includes the cost of dismantling the same after the function. The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site (The rate of the job is for three days).

Hire charge of minimum 100/120Watt LED coloured fitting. The job includes the cost of 8 Mtr of twin copper wire for making connection with circuit wire and Al. wire 6/10 sq.mm. The fitting should be fixed with proper fixing arrangement as per site requirement. The colour of lamp should be decided by the Engineer in charge of the work at site. (Rate is for complete 03 day function and not for per day basis). The lights to be installed and made functional one day prior to the start of the function till 11:00 pm. The testing is to be given to the JE otherwise a penalty @Rs. 20 per light per hour of delay, a maximum of 200 per light will be imposed on the agency. The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Hire charge for LED flood light of minimum 100-120watt LED fitting to be installed on existing pole/trees including connections and on existing suitable size of bracket upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Hire charge for Kiran larries (containing 60 bulbs) on existing trees/walls/hedges with flexible wire making connection suitable tied, including testing commissioning etc. upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Provide & fixing of LED coloured fittings on hire charge basis. The job includes the cost of 8 mtr. of twin copper wire for making connections with circuit wire and Al. wire 6/10 sq. mm with suitable size of earth wire from pedestal to fitting upto any length. The fitting should be fixed with proper fixing arrangement as per site requirement. The colour of lamp should be decided by Engineer in charge of the work at site..The rate is inclusive of all the circuit cables of required size required to energize the larries/fittings from the nearest MCC pedestal.The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site. Hire charge of PVC Al. Cond. Armd. Cable to be laid and connections to be done in the pedestals upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate of the job is for complete Rose Festival). The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Size 25/35mm2 , 3.5/4 core. The cable is to be laid from sub pedestal along 16/17 V3 to the sub pedestal at backside of main stage. Also this cable is to be laid from sub pedestal along 16/17 V3 to the sub pedestal to be installed near 30-40 no. of temporary stalls.Both the cables should be laid and duly connected in the pedestal upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, a day prior to start of Rose festival till 10 am otherwise penalty for delay @ Rs. 400/- per hour, a maximum of Rs.3000/-, will be imposed on the agency.The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Size 50/70mm2 , 3½ core. The cable is to be laid from main pedestal (near entry at 10/16 V3) to sub pedestal along 16/17 V3. Also this cable to be laid from panel along transformer near entry from Sec-16 V5 road to Verka booth for food court. Both the main cables should be laid and duly connected in the pedestal upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, a day prior to start of Rose festival till 10 am otherwise penalty for delay @ Rs. 500/- per hour a maximum of Rs.3000/-, will be imposed on the agency. The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Size 95mm2, 3½ core. The cable should be laid and duly connected in the pedestal upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, a day prior to start of Rose festival till 10 am otherwise penalty for delay @ Rs. 500/- per hour a maximum of Rs.1000/-, will be imposed on the agency.The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Hire charge of PVC 2 core aluminum 16mm2 cable or two single core on the ballies/G.I. Pipe/trees. The connection of flood lights/ extension boards to this cable should be properly taped and insulated. The supervisor of the agency will check the taping etc with due care to prevent any kind of leakage current.This includes all labour and necessary connection and hire charges of ballies as required upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate of the job is for three days ).

The holder larry should have 40/.076” PVC flexible wire and hanging holder should be connected after the 1 mtr Interval. The cost includes installation, testing, commissioning of the same as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The holder larries to be installed inside entry tunnel for wooden Rose Display Boards, Bonsai Exhibition, Flower competition exhibition and on 30/40 no. of stalls. The larries with LED bulbs installed to be made fully functional one day prior to start of function till 5 pm otherwise penalty @Rs.5/- per holder for delay per hour a maximum of Rs.5000/-, will be imposed on the agency.The rate of the job is for complete Rose Festival). The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Hire charge of LED Lamp of wattage 9/12 to be fixed in the existing B.L. Holder. The job includes fixing and then dismantling the lamps. The hire period is for 3 days upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The holder larries with LED bulbs to be installed inside entry tunnel for wooden Rose Display Boards, Bonsai Exhibition, Flower competition exhibition and on 30/40 no. of stalls. The larries with LED bulbs installed to be made fully functional one day prior to start of function till 5 pm otherwise penalty @Rs.5/- per holder for delay per hour a maximum of Rs.5000/-, will be imposed on the agency.The rate of the job is for complete Rose Festival). The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Providing Soundproof DG Set of 125KVA Capacity alongwith operator and one Change over switches of 400 Amp 415 volts and 30 mtr 50/95mm2 pvc Insulated Al. cond cable on hire charge basis. The job includes cost of carriage, testing, commissioning, labour charges and other petty material to complete the job including cost of generator operator for full rose festival function. The operator well conversant with the functioning of the D.G. Set must remain present at all the time during the function in garden and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Both the DG sets, changeover switch, main cable should be installed and testing should be given to JE on morning at 8 am on the first day of the Rose Festival otherwise penalty for delay @ Rs. 1000/- per hour a maximum of Rs.5000/- per DG set, will be imposed on the agency.The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Running charges of DG set with the cost of diesel and other oils etc required for 125 KVA DG set. The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Providing and fixing of Extension board having one 6amp switch and socket complete with testing and commissioning etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeThe watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Providing sound system of good quality on hire charges basis for Public announcement (Lost & Found Desk) on per day basis as per the below mentioned requirements in the rose garden alongwith operator. The operator must be well conversant with the working of sound system & remain present during the whole day (all three days) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engg in charge. P.A. System complete in all respect including speaker cable, poles etc for carrying cable etc. The sound system should be made functional one day prior to the start of the function and testing of the system to be given to the JE at 8am on first day of the function otherwise penalty @Rs. 500 per hour for the delay, a maximum of Rs. 5000/- will be imposed on the agency. Hire charges of Round/four arm bracket for erection of fititng with suitable sized G.I nuts/bolts and M.S clamp at the top of the pole and same shall be dismantled after completion of the function.(Rate shall be quoted by the firm for complete 03 day function only and not for per day basis).The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site

Hire charge of Angle Iron bracket for the installation of flood lights on 6 mtr pole for 03 days.The watch and ward of the temporary lighting shall be of the contractor himself and Municipal Corporation will not be responsible for any theft of material from the site
