Providing services of Ferro-printer by deploying 03 (Three) No. Ferro-Printer (Ferro Man) for printing of drawing, photo copying and maintainance of files, updation of drawing records including stiching drawing register, files, other duties as specified etc on all working days excluding sunday, National holidays and closed holidays complete all as specified and as directed in particular specification and as directed in the following offices :- (a) HQ CE Shillong Zone (02 No.) (b) CWE Shillong (01 No.) Note :- (i) The minimum qualification for Ferro-Printer shall be Higher Secondary (XIIth or 10+2) passed alongwith six month certificate course in computer applications for developing drawing and printing, etc. from any State/Central Govt institute/Board. (ii) Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and or as directed. (iii) The worker shall be categorised as skilled.

Providing services of Data Entry by deploying 14 (Fourteen) Nos Data Entry Operators cum Clerks for generation and maintainance of the report returns, typing of tenders and letters, job order correspondence and updating records, file system and other clerical job as directed by concerned authorities/officer(s), on all working days excluding Sunday, National holidays and closed holidays complete all as specified and directed in particular specifications and as directed in the following offices:- (a) HQ CE Shillong Zone (09 Nos) (b) HQ CWE Shillong (05 Nos) Note :- (i) The minimum qualification for Data-Entry-Operator cum Clerk shall be Higher Secondary (XIIth or 10+2) passed alongwith one year certificate course in computer applications etc. from any State/Central Govt Institution/Board. (ii) Data-Entry-Operator cum Clerk shall perform clerical duties as and when required. They must be having minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute. (iii) Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and or as directed. (iv) The worker shall be categorised as skilled.

Providing services of Record Keeper by deploying 01 (One) No. Record Keeper for photo copying and maintainance of files, updation/maintaining of records on paper or computer, stiching register, files other duties as specified, etc on all working days excluding Sunday, National holidays and closed holidays complete all as specified and directed in particular specification and as directed in the following offices:- (a) HQ CE Shillong Zone (01 No) Note :- (i) The minimum qualification for Record Keeper shall be Higher Secondary (XIIth or 10+2) passed alongwith six month certificate course in computer applications for printing and developing records, etc. from any State/Central Govt Institution/Board. (ii) Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and or as directed. (iii) The worker shall be categorised as skilled.

Providing services of house keeping by deploying 14 (Fourteen) Nos Peon for cleaning table and chairs etc and distributing files, xeroxing, serving water, tea and coffee as specified etc. on all working days excluding Sunday, National holidays and closed holidays complete all as specified and directed in particular specification and as directed in the following offices :- (a) HQ CE Shillong Zone (07 Nos) (b) HQ CWE Shillong (04 No) (c) GE Shillong (03 No) Note :- (i) The minimum qualification for peon shall be 10th standard from any State/Central Govt Board. (ii) Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and or as directed. (iii) The worker shall be categorised as un-skilled.

Material and labour for daily cleaning, sweeping and mopping of MES buildings and their open areas including rearranging of furniture and cleaning of toilets including disinfection of rooms, cleaning of window panes, doors and window shutters including frame, removal of cob webs and finally cleaning of roofs and open drains by deploying following workmen per day as specified in particular specifications and as directed at specified locations. The working days in a month shall be exclusive of Sunday and national/gazetted holidays complete all as speified and directed in paraticular specification and as directed in the following offices :- (a) GE Shillong (03 Nos) Note :- (i) The minimum qualifaction for persons deployed shall be 08th standard from any State/Central Govt Board. (ii) Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and or as directed. (iii) The worker shall be categorised as un-skilled.
