Cat (A) - Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Various Buildings and External Infrastructure Development Works of Indian Institute of Management Mumbai campus in Phase-1

1) Engineering, Procurement and Construction of various Buildings including Student Activity Centre (SAC), Academic Building, Officer’s Club/ Banquet Hall, Residential Building Type-VI, Girls Hostel (1A & 1B), Director’s Bungalow including all internal HVAC, Electrical Works, Plumbing works, Fire-Fighting, Fire Alarm & Public Address System, EPABX, LAN & Data Networking system, Access Control System, IBMS and allied works within battery limit including any other component necessary for completion, occupation and handing over the building etc. complete as per scope of work, Drawings, Specifications and terms and conditions of Tender Document. 2) External Infrastructure Development Works i.e. Amphitheatre, Gate Complex (including Chiller Plant room, Dispensary, Bank, Post Office) Road & Footpath, Storm Water Drainage System, Site Levelling, Potable Water Supply, Sewerage, Rain water Harvesting, Rain Water tanks, Underground Tanks, Retaining Walls and E&M Works including 1250 KLD STP Plant, 1500kg Organic Waste Composter, External Electrification work i.e. Receiving Substation, ESS (5 Nos.), Fire-Fighting, Fire Alarm & PA System, Centralized Chiller Plant, LAN & Data Networking system with Data Centre and Control Command Centre, EV Charging station, Street Lighting etc. including all Piping Works and allied works including any other component necessary for completion and handing over the work as per scope of work, Drawings, Specifications and terms and conditions of Tender Document. 3) Demolition of Existing buildings i/c Overhead water tank, Pump house, UG Sump, and other structures complete including taking away Serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable dismantled/ rubbish/ C & D waste material out of campus to the municipal recycling plant/ dumping ground for all leads and lift, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items

Buy-Back (ie minus) Buy Back for the old existing, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & other Material complete from demolition of structures, which are replaced under the contract. Note:- 1. The Tenderer shall quote the buyback value in above schedule, which shall not be less than INR 14,64,32,500/-(incl. GST) 2. Contractor shall pay the buyback value to IIM Mumbai by the way of paying the buyback amount to IIM Mumbai as per the Schedule of Payments during the execution of works. 3.Applicable taxes including GST for Buyback, if any, on the Buyback value shall be borne by the successful tenderer. 4. The dismantled Material shall be taken away and disposed off from the site away. In any case, no dismantled material shall be allowed to use in the new construction works.
