REPAIR TO RETAINING WALL TOE WALL TRAVERSES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT 15 FAD JINDRAH UNDER GE ARMY DHAR ROAD

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stoneswork and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonary uncoursed well bonded , bedded and solidely hearted built in cement mortor 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised/flush pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,in lintels upto 1.5 m span, copings slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. max upto four storey and below including scaffloding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even (using water proofing compound) max upto four storey and below including scaffloding complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair after applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered ax upto four storey and below including scaffloding complete all as specified and directed in SSR Part I 14.22.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls, priming plastered and other surfaces with a coat of alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted in Camouflage pattern or any colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed
