Removing, Disassembling, Rewinding, Servicing, Assembling & Re-Mounting of Roof Exhaust Fans. Motor Details: 5 HP, 1440 RPM, 1200 mm DIA, 3 PHASE HEAVY DUTY FAN. Scope of work is enclosed in Annexure - B. (18% GST is included in rate/unit).
Provision of Shelter over the roof exhaust fans. Scope of work is enclosed in Annexure - C. (18% GST is included in rate/unit).
Supply and drawing of cables including supply and fixing of MS conduit of size 25mm with proper clamping for wiring alongwith earth wire of 4 x 4.0 sq. mm + 1 x 4.0 sq.mm as earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable. Make : HAVELLS / Polycab / ANCHOR / L&T or Suitable equivalent make. (Add 5% extra rate for the work exceeding 10metres height from the average ground level but not exceeding 20 metres height as per General Rules point No.1.14.2).
Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site etc., (Add 5% extra rate for the work exceeding 10metres height from the average ground level but not exceeding 20 metres height as per General Rules point No.1.14.2).
