Removing, Clearing away the damaged brick walls as directed by the departmental officers as per standared specification.

Supplying, fabricating and Erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS Channels,angles, plates and round bars Etc., confirming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting properly anchoring with old concrete with anchor bolt as per design given by the departmental officers and complete complying with standard specification

Supplying, fabricating and Roofing With Colour Galvalum Sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolts and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of ready mixed Exterior Emulsion Paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and installation of two-track sliding uPVC windows shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 60mm x 52mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, and a glazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm. All frame, sash, and mullion profiles shall be reinforced, where required, with a 1mm thick GI steel section, and windows are to be equipped with security devices such as touch locks or crescent locks, nylon rollers, and an aluminium track, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing shall consist of 5mm thick Plain or Pinhead glass, secured by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets, while all corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring sharp- edge-free products. The complete window units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame with high- quality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fill the gap between the wall and window frame for a leak-proof installation and complete finish etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

Providing UPVC ( Un - Plasticized polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un - Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections, profiles: The profiles sholud be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability . The sash should be of 60x102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co - extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be relesed from outside. Glazing : The windows system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass/ 6mm bison lam Installation : The Profile should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The windows should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The windows system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
