Material and labour for excavating in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The top of filled trench shall be made proud by using the excavated soil to cater for subsequent settlement of soil.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine not exceeding 10 mtr in a single length complete all as directed.

Supply and filling for dry sand in cable protection trenches before and after the cables are laid, for sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : thickness after punning of sand shall be (minimum as specified in SSR) measured and paid in this item.

Material and labour for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Best quality locally available which is duly approved by GE.

Relaying old burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10 mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable for UG XLPE cable protection complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, lay and fix 40 mm bore galvanized iron tubing (light grade) including all fittings and laid in trenches, walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid in separate item

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc. including taking out existing unserviceable UG cables all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc. including taking out existing unserviceable UG cables all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing in replacement GI bracket for street light made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.6 mtr length bend in shape as required complete with MS flat iron clamp,nuts and bolts etccomplete including Taking down existing as specified and as directed

Supply and fix as in replacement LED street light fitting 45 Watt 140-270 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- (a) LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings. (b) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting as per standard format for minimum 50000 Hrs. (c) LED light fitting and drivers shall be of same make.

Material and labour for digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loop near junction box/ feedar pillar box in trenches, cutting burnout unisulated portion of cable and rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground aluminium conductor in trenches and returning filling the excavated soil and connecting with cables with bus bars including provision of lugs as applicable and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for loop in loop out cable junction box with IP 66 protection with weather (halogen free and weather proof) made of FRP sheet for outdoor installations of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm with terminals including SP MCB of 6 A, gland for cable, FI clamp of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers, provision of connectors for connection of cables etc complete or all including taking down as specified or directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 2.5 sqmm, two core 2 Run and 2.5 sqmm earthing cable in and including through GI tube of light grade of 15mm bore dia for connection of street light on pole / wall from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc all as specified including taking down as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, two core 2 Run and 1.5 sqmm earthing cable in and including through GI tube of light grade of 15mm bore dia for connection of street light on pole / wall from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc all as specified including taking down as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repairs 3 pole power contractors conforming to IS/ IEC 60947-4-1 with 40 Amps rating complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Supply and fixing in replacement Astronomical Street Light time Switch alongwith suitable Power Contactor, MCB and Support Terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (Sintex make SMC Junction box) conforming to IP54.The Contactor, MCB and Circuit Wiring should suitable enough to take load of 12 kW load equally distributed over 3-phase .Contactor Rating: 65.Amps (4-pole).MCB (4-pole) Rating: 63.Amps (3 nos.)

Routine weekly cheak up of all street lights/High Mast lights at Air force Shillong including technical area and taking down any unservicable light, repairing minor repairs including changing flexible wires or opening fitting, changing SPD Drivers etc. and refixing at the same location all as directed by Engr-in- Charge Note : 1.Contractor has to maintaining weekly servicability record register and submit the same at the end of week as per APPX 'A' Attached all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. 2 Cost of .T&P/Vehicle/Boom Ladder required deemed to be included in the rate 3. Major items such as Drivers and SPD will be paid seperately.

Material and labour for preparation of old distempered / white wash / painted RCC/ Steel Poles upto 11/9 mtrs height of street light poles above ground level incl coping with two coat of existing or as directed distemper including two coat of aluminium paint over iron surfaces such as cross arms, channels, Flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts, washers etc in LT OH line including writing pole numbers with black paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.00 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI/CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix as in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN with din rail 2 way 240 V (single door type) with magnetic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/ stone masonry etc. and making good of disturbed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified. Note: (a) Quoted rates shall be deemed for brick wall / concrete wall cutting and making good as per existing surfaces.
