Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm dia, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specifications Clause 201.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120TPH batch type HPM producing an avarage output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of spefification grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compection as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) for Grading I (40mm nominal size)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Statement-3

Bituminous Concreate : Providing and laying Bituminous concreate with 100-120 THP batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing laying with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass bead @ 250 gm per Sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and hold and conforming to the MOrsT Specification

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 '900mm equilateral triangle
