Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cable, pole foundation, etc including taking out old brick cable protection cover and getting out forming bottom surface to required gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & laying GI tubing light grade 100mm dia for road crossing along with pole/ culvert/ drainage for mechanical protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing or laying of HDPE (DWC) tubing 90/ 76 mm outer dia as per IS: 16205 of pressure rating 6Kgf/cm2 fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at Site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying of XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip of wire armored , electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice board/ plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures , and conventional skull and bone in SIgnal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts approved SIze for HT 25cmx20 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of lightening arrestor suitable for HT 11 KV expulsion type 65 KA 11 KV rating incl complete connections in replacement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for switch air break gang operated out door type HT 11 KV triple poles 200 Amps air break fittings type with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with drop out expulsion type fuse of capacity including painting steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Original test certificate of manufacturer shall be produced, without which no payment shall be made.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 metre (BGL) connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia upto 7.5 m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR 2020 Part-I, connected to test point, all as specified and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire incl PCC earth pit 1:3:6, type C-2, with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate of earth work, earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, earth lead protection pipe of dia 20 mm, water pipe of dia 20 mm complete labour, testing, earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame, RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers,clamps,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joint heat shrinkable 11 KV earthed system suitable for XLPE cable of size 3x50-95 Sqmm incl taking down old unsv HT joint, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cable end termination jointing kit HT 11 KV grade earthed system (heat shrinkable) outdoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 95sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT joint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling of hard core in substations, under poles, under transformers broken to gauge not exc 63 mm, broken stone/ boulders incl leveling and spreading lime stone powder under stones, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and maint of HT vacuum circuit breaker and HT panel after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all elctric supply , maint , cleaning,servicing and testing of HT breaker, bus bar, CTs, PTs, IR value, control cables connections, meters connection, tightening and checking of of AC and DC supply, testing of CT and PT, tightening and checking of control wires and other allied works by authorised dealer/ service center/ representative, removing moisture and dust from HT breaker and inside of HT breaker through CRC and dry cloths, testing of VI leakage with the help of Hi-Pot @ 10 KV, testing of IR value of breaker, testing and checking of operating mechanism, testing and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of opening release and shunt cloSIng , lubricants of all moving parts,testing and operation of On/Off through TNC switch and push button, checking of anti-pump device, repair of racking mechanism, earth alignment,tightening of loose connection and allied work at 11 kV substations complete, all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Measurment of resistance value, tools, labour, petroleum jelly, dry cloths, nut&bolt, CRC, washers etc incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide company authorised dealer/service centre test/ representative test report of internal resistance of breaker and operating time. (iii) Unserviceable part or items shall be replaced, measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Calibration/ setting of protection devices, relays with all protection function (over current, earth fault protection), tripping test of overcurrent and earth fault realay through primary and secondary injection machine, testing of auxiliary relay, tripping test through all respected relays and provide report from authorised service dealer/ center/ representative complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) All equipments, tools, labour, incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide company authorised dealer/service centre/ representative test report of calibration of relay. (iii) Unserviceable part or items shall be replaced, measured and paid separately under relevent item.

M&L for highly HT insulating opaque red coloured ANTI TRACK COATING SPRAY (SPRAY-320 of MOSIL) that forms flexible chemical resistant coating to class H winding for electrical apparatus, in 500 ml spray bottles to protect HT equipments, bus bar, CTs, PTs from current leakage due to moisture complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT bus bar insulator for HT panel suitable for Crompton greaves VCB Panel model UNIVAC and SIemens VCB panel at 11 KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of pole assembly (vacuum bottle assembly) complete suitable for crompton greaves/ sIemens VCB at 11KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unsv TNC switch suitable for crompton greaves/ sIemens/ C&S/ Havells VCB/ ACB at substations , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Current transformer of ratio 100-50/5-5A, Burden 15 VA, Indoor Epoxy cast type, line voltage 11 kV, class 1.0/5P10, 50 Hz, size and model as suitable as existing CTs installed at 11 KV Substation suitable for crompton greaves/Siemens VCB at 11 KV substations , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Potential transformer (Draw out type) of ratio 11kV/110V, Burden , 3- Phase, Rated voltage 11 kV, Insulation level, 28/75KV(P) class 1.0, 50 Hz, connection STAR / STAR , size and model as suitable as existing PTs installed at 11 KV Substation suitable for Crompton greaves VCB Incomer at 11 KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of shunt closing coil 24 V /110 V DC /AC suitable for Crompton greaves/Siemens VCB / ACB at 11 KV substations , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of geared motor (EL) 220-250 V AC/DC suitable for Crompton greaves/Siemens VCB/ACB at 11 KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of tripping coil 24 V / 110 Volt DC/AC suitable for Crompton greaves/Siemens VCB at 11 KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of motor cut off switch suitable for Crompton greaves / Siemens VCB at 11 KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HRC fuse of capacity 2 Amps Each suitable for Crompton greaves/Siemens VCB at 11 KV substations, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detecting of fault in HT UG cable with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in HT cable of length not less than 50 RM, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no delay on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting, joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

M&L for cable route indicator made out of MS/CI 10 cm dia disc shaped with embossed letter (LT/HT) fixed to MS angle iron imbeded in ground with PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) Rate of PCC and earth workdeemed to be included in quoted rates. ii) MS angle will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only tinned copper fuse wire for HT supply from 10 SWG to 45 SWG, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting HT and LT supply, taking down the defective transformer (Indoor/outdoor type) from plinth/ four pole/ two pole structure or lifting from the outdoor type foundation or taking out from sub station bldg, using a crane of suitable capacity & slings/ ropes etc as required and shifting the same to civil workshop for repair, transformer capacity 200/160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting back the repaired transformer (Indoor/ outdoor type) from civil workshop to site, reinstalling at original position and fixing properly on Plinth/ four pole/ two pole structure or outdoor type foundation or inside a sub station bldg, using a crane of suitable capacity & slings/ ropes etc as required, making HT/LT side connections and testing for satisfactorily working for transformer of Capacity 200/160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out transformer oil from the transformer & storing the same in suitable containers (to be arranged by contractor without any extra cost), opening the top cover and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer windings and core, retanking the same after repairing, checking of leakage from transformer body and repairing/ welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, refilling the transformer oil dully dehydrated and filtered (dehydration and filteration to be paid separately) & making all connections with HT/ LT side bushings, refixing the top cover and testing the transformer with a suitable capacity insulation tester for transformer of Cap 200/160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of burnt out /defective HT copper coils with new super enamelled heavy duty copper winding wires of size matching to the existing one including varnishing, drying in a suitable oven and all insulating material such as cotton sleeves,tapes etc and connections with bushing terminals complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 42.00 above but LT copper coils complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of Blue silica gel 4-6 mesh suitable for transformers breather and protect HT/LT panels from moisture as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/ indoor/ canopy type distribution transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for outdoor/ indoor/ canopy type distribution transformer (11/0.433 kV) of capacity upto 400 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for non-metal part LV bushing with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 400 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LT bush rod made of brass of suitable size for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 400 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement top cover gasket of suitable size for outdoor/indoor/canopy type transformer or servo stablizer upto 400 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of transformer or servo stablizer of capacity up to 400 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint from outside, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformer. Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. (ii) MES No/ SM No has to be written with 3" letters on each transformer/ servo stablizer after painting with white colour on black background without any extra cost.

M&L for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS: 10028 (Part-III) 1981, Para 5.2 (obtained from transformer/ servo voltage stablizer with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers/servo stablizer installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength of 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

S&F in replacement of silica gel breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT 11kV insulation rubber tape of 25mm width and length 10m self amalgating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded course aggregate as in top gap filing of road/path etc., complete all as specified and directed.
