Taking up/down GI/HDPE/PEALPE tubing in any length including fitting from trenches, walls, ceilings for relaying/replacement for the following sizes all as specified and directed :-

(a) 15 mm bore tubing

(b) 20 mm bore tubing

(c) 25 mm bore tubing

(d) 40 mm bore tubing

(e) 50 mm bore tubing

(f) 80mm bore tubing

(g) 100mm bore tubing

M&L for supply, laying, testing GI tubing medium grade in trenches in any length including required GI fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following bore :-

(a) 25 mm bore tubing

(b) 40 mm bore tubing

(c) 50 mm bore tubing

(d) 80mm bore tubing

(e) 100mm bore tubing

M&L for supply, fixing, testing GI tubing medium grade on walls/ceiling or laid in floor in any length including GI fitting complete all as specified and directed for the following bore :- Note - (a) The subject work is to be carried out upto15.00 m hight (b) The quoted rate shall be deemed include the cost of all tools and plants including cost of clamps for fixing of pipes on wall at the interval of 2 mtrs gap. (c) The contractor shall provide safety measure to avoid any incdents during progress of work. (d) The quoted rate shall be deemed include of Necessary drilling of holes on wall/floor for fixing of pipe and making good the distrubed surfaces to match the existing.

M&L for drilling & tapping cast iron/HDPE/PPR water mains in position for branch connection of 25/20mm bore GI pipe with MS clamps including necessary earth work if required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for supply & fixing in renewal gun metal globe gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked for the following sizes all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) 50mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 20 mm bore

(e) 15 mm bore

S&F in renewal bib tap 15mm bore standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for supply & fixing in renewal of cast iron body sluice valve ISI marked PN 1.6 and conforming to IS 14846 with stainless steel spindle complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

(b ) 150 mm bore

(c) 100 mm bore

Taking up PPR water mains in any length (including all fittings), with flanged/spigot and socket ends for the following cast iron water mains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) 100 mm dia

(b) 150 mm dia

M&L for DI pipes ISI marked of make as specified with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints, centrifugally cast, class K-9, in any length coforming to IS: 8329(2000) as per latest amendments, laid in trenches with & including making rubber gasket joints (Tyton joint) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following sizes:-

(a) 100mm bore

(b) 150mm bore

M&L for supply, fixing, jointing & testing in renewal cast iron fittings such as bends (any types radius and angle) tappers, collars, tee , Y junction, plugs, caps and connecting pieces or any other special required at site for the flanged/spigot and socketed pipes upto 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 M deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 Meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6), of size (120x120x120) cm (internal dimension) with one brick thick walling and150 cm x150 cm x 10 cm base foundation with PCC (1:3:6), type C2, cement plastering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces, of brick work with and including MS cover of size 01mtr x 01mtr made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet with (40 x 40 x 5) mm angle iron framing & painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary excavation and earth work and . demolition of the existing old valve and removal of old dimolished materials and surplus excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50m etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
