Comprehensive maintenance of automatic power correction system of the rating 125/100/70 KVAr including replacement of capacitor if required ,replacement of fuse,cleaning of capacitor terminal, Check that the capacitor current is not lower than 25 % nor greater than 120 % of the nominal value by phase and there is no phase unbalance greater than 15 % ,check the continuity and temperature of the two pole circuit breaker. Note : Spare parts like capacitor and fuse included in the quoted rate.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE LT cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC Tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in tranches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling and minor consumables spares like thimbles, Bakelite board etc for connection shall be included taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable in the quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes :- (Note : Excavation , earth work, sand cushioning , brick protection and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving thickness not exc. 15 cm (below or above ground level) for removal of LT underground cable/GI pipe of any size description and making good (Type C2 PCC 1:3:6 40 mm aggregate) the same as per existing specifications after relaying new cable / GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Earthing for transformer body, transformer neutral, LT feeder pillar box etc with galvanised MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm in layers, connected by GI earth strip of size 25X4 mm thick, soldered and riveted to earth plate. M & L for attending breakdown of DG set at anytime including HOLIDAYS(Saturday ,Sunday national holiday) with one skilled mechanic and 2 no's helper with all the equipment (multimeter,spanner,spray to remove carbon,fault locating machine if any required ).opening of DG set cleaning piston ,water body,cylinder liner and other joint rings ,greasing to each parts .Note:spare parts will be measured separately .Failure or delay to attend the complaints must be penalised

M & L for marking danger sign board on all electrical installations (LT feeder panel,SG set,transformer,water pump,AMF panel etc)

M &L for fabrication of MS gate for the substation of cross section 5ft wide and 12 ft long in the form of wire mesh ,welding and soldering and pcc work required to fix the wire mesh into the floor/wall for the protection of installations and avoid any risk to human being and animals
