Day to Day Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Installation work including Lift, Main LT Panels, Diesel Generators, Air-conditioning System, UPS system, FDA system, Roof-top light, Lightening Conductor, etc. at IC Building under WBMSCL at Midnapore Medical College & Hospital, Paschim Medinipur for the period of one year under the jurisdiction of WBMSCL obeying the TABLE: O&M Staff & all type of Terms & Condition as per annexure.

Cost for Energy Audit per year by involving licensed Auditor total electrical installation at each SSH.

Cost for providing tools and tackles for all types of services as per scope of works in SSH. (Annexure-A)

Cost for common Consumables required for maintenance work (Annexure-B)

Cost for 2 sets of uniform, 1 set of safety shoe, 1 set of umbrella, office contigency etc.

Cost for supply of Walky Talky on higher basis (minimum 6 nos. license free)

Cost for SITC of Computer set with specifications compatible for AutoCad application, noted as follows:- Processor: Intel i5 processor Mother Board: Intel or equivalent approved by the EIC Graphics: 4 GB GPU w/ 106 GB/s Bandwidth and DirectX 11 Compliant Memory: 16 GB RAM Storage: 1 TB solid state (SSD) hard drive Web camera and mic Network: 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet -- etc.

Cost for SITC of Scanner cum printer. (Model: Epson L565 All-in-One Ink Tank Colour Printer or equivalent approved by the EIC)
