PLANTS & EQUIPMENTS: Supply ,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Bio-gas plant of capacity of 50 KPD (kg per day) operated with household, hostels and veg / non veg waste etc. with in the campus. The plant shall be complete with following equipmets & facilities: I) Pre-digester tank : Volume 500 litres or 0.5 cum PVC tank Qty 01 nos. II) Main digester tank: Volume 2500 Litres capacity or 2.5 cum made out of uPVC pipes in loop as per the diameter, spiral in shapeQty 01 nos. ( uPVC Gas pipe line dia 300 mm Schedule 80 - around Qty 60RM with 90degee UPVC bend around qty 25 nos. and UPVC flange tail piece around qty 4 nos.) PART-B : CIVIL AND FABRICATION WORK

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation, plinth for all type of Structural/ RCC elements conforming to IS456-2000 , IS 3370 (latest) and IS 13290-2002using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings for the followingetc. complete as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Notes for reinforced cement concrete) Cement for structural works shall beOPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge) PPC/blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge c) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications')The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm.maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned)For all RCC , items the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. i) Fixing at correct level and in proper align-ment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, puddle flange, other pipe specials and embedded parts etc. supplied by/through the dept.ii) Cut outs, nitshes, pockets, construction joints etc. h)Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor qty = 1.5mx1.5mx0.3m NOTE: RCC For all type of structural / RCC elements with all geometrical shapes.

PCC: Cement concrete of specified grades at allocations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Nominal reinforcement if provided shall be measured & paid under relevant item. qty = 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.1m x 6 nos. NOTE :PCC of grade M15

Fabricating, welding of M.S. supports for support to piping for interconnection of various equipment's & machines & exhaust manifold etc. by doing of works at all levels with materials likes, M.S. angle, chuqqure plates, Flats tees & square/rectangular channels , Flanges, including supplying cutting, fabricating, welding, installation & fixing of champion gasket & G.I. nut bolt in position on site including painting with a two coat of primer & one coat of main paint of approved steel primer & paint etc. complete all as per instruction by EIC.

PART-C : OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF BIO GAS PLANT

Operation: Proper segregation of wet waste received from department up to 50 KPD, checking of healthiness of Biogas plant machines, condition of digester tanks in respect of pH values, weighing the segregated waste for charging the plants, Crushing the wet waste and mixing of desired quantity of water including operation of all the machines, supply of culture like cow dung twice in a month etc. for satisfactory operation of Biogas plants all as required and complete and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. (Qty = 12 Months excluding Sundays) Note: Rates includes two operators and four helpers for daily operation of Bio-Gas plant Penalty Clause: If the 1 no. of manpower is provided less than mentioned as above recovery will be made as follows For Operator the recovery will be Rs. 1015.00 per manday

Maintenance: Regular Preventive maintenance of above Biogas plant's & equipment complete all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. (Qty = 12 Months excluding Sundays) NOTE: a) The Plant shall generate Bio-gas and also manure to be used for generate electricity and gardening respectively. b) The cost should be inclusive of all necessary accessories required for commissioning and safe operation of Bio-gas Plant. c) Necessary power supply and water supply connection shall be provided by the department within 25 meters at the plant location. Further connection i.e. piping, cabling, electrical DBs, earthling system etc. as required shall be arranged and provided by agency. d) The cost shall be inclusive of all taxes, statutory charges inclusive of GST etc. e) Completion time:- Twelve months from the date of issue of Work Order. f) Defect Liability Period :- 01 year from the date of Commissioning and handing over the Plant& documents to the department. g) No advance shall be paid to the contractor / supplier. h) 90% secured advance shall be paid after inspection of material, testing of machines and equipment at manufacturers work place and clearance for dispatch/ delivery at site. j) Conditional offer / quotation shall not be accepted. k) Department has got right to increase or decrease the quantity of Biogas plant mentioned in schedule of quantity in which case, the payment will be made on pro rata basis depending on the number of units to be installed. l) The Biogas plant shall be installed inside Anushaktinagar. m) The Contractor should be in the approved list of MCGM.
