Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas exceeding 30 cm (Thirty Centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five meter) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten Square Meter) on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto all leads and lift , as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:3:6 (One Cement isto three coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm (Seventy five milimeter) to 0.075 mm (Zero point zero seventy five milimeter) having CBR Value-30, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) thick factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of M-30 (Thirty) grade of NTC,Modern, Nitco or Gico make, in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper bedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
