Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of form work in :- foundation and plinth. with in all leads and lifts to entire satisfaction of Enginee-in Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with in all leads and lifts to entire satisfaction of Enginee-in Charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars with in all leads and lifts to entire satisfaction of Enginee-in Charge

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. with in all leads and lifts to entire satisfaction of Enginee-in Charge

Centering and shuttring including struding, proping etc. and removal of form work for side slops. with in all leads and lifts to entire satisfaction of Enginee-in Charge
