SPECIAL REPAIRS TO EXTERNAL PLASTER, PAINTING AND CONNECTED WORKS IN BLDG NO P-648, P-649, P-650, P-651 AND P-652 AT SINHAGAD ENCLAVE UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ, SRI VIJAYA PURAM AND OTHER SANCTIONED WORKS

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of block masontry/ concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound (Powder) conforming to IS-2645 1975.

M& L for two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer and a coat of external wall putty on newly plastered wall surfaces including preperation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal properly over a coat of primer and a coat of external wall putty on old painted wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distemper surfaces of walls and old decorated ,old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete applying Two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of old surface of walls all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S & F in repair of 20 A MCB DB BOX COMBO Plastic Enclosure modular type complete with one MCB, SP, 20 Amps, 240 Volts fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor (ISI Marked) drawn through and including PVC Casing and caping and all accessories fixed to wall/ roofs/ floors etc with one run of 4 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor, including dismantling unserviceable sub main wiring including accessories,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Two runs of cable one run of casing and caping & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running metre.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover/Pre moulded PVC switch board for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for the following: - One light point/exhaust point controlled by one switch

Material & labour, earthing complete with galvanize steel earth plate electrode 60 cms x 60 cms x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade (ISI marked ) with funnel and wire mesh ,including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No, 5 of MES Sch Part-1 (2009), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix of 12 watts LED Bollard Garden light fittings with efficient high output LED, Pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser , driver nuts, bolt, washers, base plate and including necessary PCC & earth work for fixing the light complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.
