Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil lift upto 1.50m & lead upto 30m including filling watering, rammtng of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & sides of foundation trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge within the distance of 30m.

Cement concrete 6:3:1 with 40mm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ poles of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with 6mm dia 4 nos. longitudnal bars & 9 nos stiprrups with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Providing & Fixing of GI Barbed wire Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 10th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
