Taking down carefully of any type point wiring light, fans, socket or power complete fitting such as switch ceiling roses, pendent, regulator, sockets etc removing material and making good disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc complete all as directed by Engr -in -charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi standard copper conductor 1100 V grade drawn through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit concealed in walls/Ceiling and Terminated to sunken box of modular type including modular frame white cover plates suitable for fixing switches, sockets etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light point controlled by one way modular switch 6 Amps

One ceiling fan point /exhauts fan point controlled by one 6 Amps one way switch and regulator

One bell point controlled by one bell push

One 3 pin 6 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board

One llight point controlled by two way 6 Amps switch.

One 3 pin socket outlet 6 Amps on the same board with other switches.

S&F LED post top lantern fitting with die cast aluminium housing & decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP-65 and all fixing accessories including PVC multistranded flexible copper cable 3 core 1.5sqmm from junction box to fitting connector and taking down old unserviceable post top lantern fitting complete all as directed. Make: BAJAJ CELESTA-BGCL 40 W LED or Equivalent in WIPRO/PHILIPS

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to 4mm GI earth Wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.
