Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.B.C.D. S.O.R. Item No. 5.7.6

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. D.S.R. Item No. 13.80

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty where required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. B.C.D. S.O.R. Item No. 5.8.18

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). D.S.R. Item No. 13.47.1

Providing two coat of synthetic enamle paint (after applying primer coat of red lead paint )of approved shade and make over steel surface do -do all complete as per specification and as directed by E/I.(5.8.41+5.8.44)

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint (after applying primer coat of red lead paint )of approved shade and make over old wooden surface do -do all complete as per specification and as directed by E/I.(5.8.31

Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality , well dressed and well seasoned local wood work in chaukhat in door , windows , skylights, fanlights and C/W celetial windows openings,incl.wedge over all clamps complete incl.application of two coats of wood preservative of approved quality on the surface butting walls and lintels all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.5.4.3

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type non-decorative single leaf flush door shutter in door and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.5.4.38
