Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course finished even and fair to recive floor finshes,all as directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mmx200mm/450x 350mm/450x 300mm size and 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match, fixing in vertical surfaces such as dados, skirting, risers of steps, pillar etc.,with and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles of size not exeeding 0.36 sqm of size and 10mm thick light shade in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 05 herein above, but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, risers etc. with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 07 herein above, but on vertical surfaces such as skirting with and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and jointed in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mmx300mm of size and 20-22mm thick rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles jointed with grey cement and pigment laid in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 18 - 20mm thick prepolished granite stone slabs in steps, jambs, pillars, windows cills, cooking platforms, floors and the like laid over 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast coloured cement concrete pavement tiles laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/breaking out existing cement block pavers/ kerb stone of any description and thickness all as specified and directed .

M&L 75 mm thick ( compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading2 (63 to 40 mm)size ,or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size with granite trap or basalt stone) spresd,rolled and consolidated including rolling with hand roller all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured rubber moulded paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over 30mm thick M sand cushion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floorings all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate panel in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only Glass dividing strips,3 mm thick and 48mm wide inserted in position confirm to design all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wash basin vitreous china white flat back of size 550x400mm including brass chromium plated pillar tap 15mm size, cast copper alloy with capstan head, brass chromium plated waste fittings, PVC waste pipe of suitable size, plug and porcelin stopper, CI brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including taking down the existing old one all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Pedestal Pattern), White with 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of fixing bolts and connecting upto drain and flushing pipe EWC seat cover any colour etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC Flushing Cistern 10 Ltrs Capacity Syphonic action type with Flush pipe low level, with inlet ball valve,Float chain& pull & brackets, including making necessary connections to water supply pipe line and jointing to WC etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified as directed.
