Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for "Outsourcing Services for maint upkeeping, houskeeping and conservency" as listed in Schedule 'A' Part I above the lump sum price inserted by the MES in Schedule 'A' Part-I

NOTES :- (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. They shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendance will be done by the officer-in-charge. (ii) Contractor shall adhere to minimum wages act, workmen's compensation act, ESI, EPF, GST and other relevant laws irrespective of his quoted rates and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor for the same. (iii) The contractor shall provide minimum one Supervisor to supervise the works of conservancy and houskeeping staff. The supervisor shall report to the Officer-in-Charge / Engineer-in-Charge daily and maintain an attendace register of all the staff employed. (iv) The shift time will be decided by JE/Engr-in-Charge and can be changed at any time as per reqmt. (v) The service work entrusted by JE/Engr-in-Charge shall be completed within the time frame specified by JE/Engr-in-Charge. (vi) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complaint slips and cost of required T&P for maint work etc. (vii) Required engineering stores viz fitting / fixtures etc., shall be issued by department for replacing U/S fitting where required to be used at "Free for fixing" with proper gate pass. Scrap material obtained from site to be deposited to MES Store. (viii) Material required for cleaning of toilets, washrooms WCs, Sweeping and mapping etc. such as toilet cleaner, phenol, brooms, duster mop, etc. shall be supplied by MES department free for consumption. (ix) The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The uniform shall be in Blue colour trouser and shirt. The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engr-in-Charge. (x) Contractor's quoted rates deemed to include above mentioned aspects/ provisions. (xi) Contractor's quoted rates shall include minimum wages as notified by Govt. of India / State Govt / Local bodies whichever is higher including anticipated revision of minimum wages during currency of contracts and statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC. Taxes including GST etc as applicable and his supervisory charges / overhead profit etc. Contractor's quoted rate / amount LESS OR AT PAR than amount inserted by MES shall be treated as 'Non-Bonafide' and shall not be considered for acceptance. In such cases, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / Bonafide bids only. (xii) Contractor shall workout their own rates. Any doubt / clarification with respect to amount inserted by MES or any other provisions made in tender documents shall be got clarified before bid submission start date. No claim shall be entertained subsequently for any misunderstading or any incaccuracy with regard to tender provisions.
