RENOVATION OF ALL SEWAGE LINE AT PM SHRI KV NDA KHADAKWASLA UNDER GE (P) NDA KHADAKWASLA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall / stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as infloors tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles removal item dump at given site as per direction of ministry of defence complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches or drain, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, drain,wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m for ordinary rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation fillng and mass concrete complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with modular fly ash' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in modular bricks in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 200 mm bore dia , class NP3, spigot and socket ended pipes (IS:458-2003 marked) with roll on rubber ring gasket (Conforming to IS:5382-1967 Type I) joints laid and jointed complete all as specified in Clause 18.48.4 : Rubber Gasket joint including cement Concrete (1;3:6) type C2 beding to drain pipes including packing under (haunching) and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.
