1.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. departmental officers etc complete

2.Supply and Filling of Well gravel including watering and Consalidation as per instruction of Departmental officers instruction etc., Completed

3.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete

4.BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

5.Supply and fixing MS gate using Square rod , L angle and patta & square pipe as per direction of departmental officers

6.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

7.Supply and fixing of SFRC manhole cover 600x600mm square type etc complete

8.Weathering course in concrete broken stone brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC slab. The proporation being 32:12:5 for requuired slope and the thickness of as required and well beaten with wooden beaters etc., completed - 10 m3

9.Terrace flooring with one couse of pressed tiles of size 23 X 23 in cement mortar 1:3 mix with impermo oil 2% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar

10.Flooring finishing with Eurocan tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 20mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

11.Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

12.Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete

13.Daddoing the walls with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete

14.Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride)Door Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

15.Supply of U-Pvc Casement Window at site by using with U-Pvc Profile JP 017 (58mm x 60mm 1.00 kg/m) for the outer frame .Total breadth is being divided equally in to two three or four openings (as per drawing).By using U-Pvc Profile JP 015 (78mm x 60mm 1.15 kg/m) for the shutters and the Mullion use U-Pvc Profile JP 019 (72mm x 60mm 1.20kg/m) and completed by fusion welding. All the shutters are fitted with 5mm clear glass with suitable U-Pvc glass bead. The windows are properly fitted with imported quality handles,SS 304 grade steel friction hings & Espengnett. use EPDM Material as gasket. All the profile are Reinforcement with 1.2mm GI Steel. Imported Anchor Fastners are being used to fix in the wall and fill with imported White sealant.

16.Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

17.Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter

18.Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc.complete

19.Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed

20.Painting with enamel paint two coats over one coat of primer for new iron works using good quality and approved colour etc.completed.

21.European Water Closet (white ) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flusing tank with all internal fittings

22.Supply and fixing of 2000Lit HDPE tank as per the direction of departmental officers

24.Providing rain water harvesting using 5 nos.of RCC well rings of 90cm inner dia (clear) including necessary earth work excavation 1m dia to a depth of 1m, supplying and filling 40mm HBG inside the erected well ring to a depth of 90cm, and top covered with RCC circular perforated cover slab of 1m dia and 5cm thick which inclusive of cost and fabrication of 6mm M.S reinforcement at 15 cm spacings on both directions and one 6mm M.S rod ties at the edge of the slab circumferentially including cost of moulding, curing, finishing and well placing in position and disposing off excavated earth with all initial leads and lifts in places as shown by the Departmneal officers etc., complete in all respects.
