MAKING NEW PLATFORM

Dismantling all types of masonay except cement concrete plain or reinforced, staking servicable materials at site and removing rubbish as per direction of EIC within a lead of 75m. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 M as directed. (The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out of water complete. (a) depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm)

Ordinary cement concrerte (1:2:4) with graded stone chips ( 20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement in ground floor as per relevant IS code. (a) Pakur variety

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete includinng the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of furnished quantity)

Brick work with 1st class brick in cement mortar (1 : 4) in foundation and plinth

Ordinary cement concrerte (1:2:4) with graded stone chips ( 20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and and reinforcement in ground floor as per relevant IS code. (a) Pakur variety

Plaster (to wall, ceiling, floor etc ) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamferring corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and deep course,scaffoding/staging where necessary (Ground floor) with 1: 6 cement mortar 25 mm thick

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window, sill, floor etc. (Note- Cement 0.152 cum per 100 sqm)

FOUNDATION OF MONORAIL

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand

Reinforcement for reinfoced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirupps, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust, if necessary, cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black anealed wire at every intersection complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor upto 4 M (ii) JSW/JPL/SHYAM/ SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness and reqd bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns lintel curved or straight including fitting fixing and striking out after completion of work (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision and direction of E.I,C.

SUPPLY OF MONORAIL

Supply and delivery of 2 Ton capacity straight monorail of 4.5 (+/-5%) long approx duly supported with 2 nos goal post having 3.5 mtrs centre approx X 4 mtrs height approx. Monorail beam shall be supported at the centre of goal post having overhung of 1.5 mtrs at one end from the centre of goal post. The column of goal post shall be erected and welded on base plate (32 mm thick 400 x 240 ) and suitable tie supports shall be provided at one end one end of goal post from existing cable end wall of the chlorination room. Moreovder, extended portion of monorail shall also be provided with suitable tie members from the proposed goal posts. The monorail shall be provided with 2 MT capacity Indef M brand chain pulley block with suitable gear travelling trolley conforming to IS : 3832. The monorail structure shall be painted with two coats of red primer.(Drawing of the monorail to be approved by the E.I.C. prior to manufacture the unit)

SUPPLY OF TRANSFER TROLLEY

Manufacturing and supply of manually driven transfer trolley suitable to carry 1500 kgs capacity chlorine toner which shall be fabrcated using MS structural items like angles, channels and plates having approx 1200 mm wheel base, 1000 mm approx wheel gauge fitted with 4 nos 200 mm dia wheel suitable to run on the proposed 30 lb/yd FB rail. The wheels shall be double flange forged carbon steel of EN-8 materials hardened to 250-300 BHN. Two nos. cradle rollers will be provided on the transfertrolley for placement of chlorine toner which will be butt welded with 50 mm width extension MS piece on either side of the cradle. The complete trolley structure shall be supplied duly painted with two coats of red primer. (Drawing of the transfer trolley to be approved by E.I.C. prior to manufacture.)

Supply of 2 nos. 5.65 mtr long 30 lb/yd FB rail with intermittent sole plate and holding down bolts to be fixed on ground for running of 1.5 mtr capacity manually operated transfer trooley as mentioned in sl.no.5. The top of the rail shall be fixed with the floor by necessary civil work.

Installation the monorail arrangement as mentioned on the four nos. RCC pillars as mentioned above with the help of suitable liftinng arrangement and complete the structure as shown in the drawing. This cost includes the cost for painting the monorail with two coats synthetic enamel approved shade after necessary derusting and Red Oxide primer on the surface and as per direction of EIC.

MODIFICATION OF NEUTRALIZATION PIT

Supply and delivery of empty chlorine toner with all accessories having all statutory clearence and ready to use as per following technical specification. Technical specification of empty chlorine toner: Design pressure- 20.63 kg/cm2 Design temperature- 65 0 MOC- SA516 grade- 60 Hydraulic pressure- 30 kg/cm2 Tare weight- 600 kg (Approx) Water capacity- 780 lt. (Approx) Liquid Chlorine Capacity- 928 kg (Approx) Test certicicate of the toner and first filling permission from department of explosive are to be submitted during delivery. Refilling the toners (0.9 MT each) with liquid chlorine from an authorised filling station.
