RENEWAL OF WOODEN AND STEEL FURNITURE FOR MD ACCN AT AF STN CHABUA UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

PART I :- STEEL Bed Hard:- (i) All works shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/specifications as shown on drawing. (ii) Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 800mm high at head board side and 500mm high at foot board side. (iii) Frame over which head and foot board shall be placed, made out of 38mm x 38mm MS square pipe of wall thickness of 18 gauge. (iv) A short stiffener out of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe of wall thickness of 18 gauge shall be provided at 150mm high from bottom of legs in short sides. (v) Head and foot board shall be made of MS frame work out of 18mm x 38mm MS square pipe enclosing 18mm thick both sides pre laminated particle board with PVC edging screwed to MS strip as shown on drawing. (vi) The head and foot board shall respectively be projected 75mm and 50mm above horizontal long rails level. (vii) 25mm x 65mm rectangular CR pipe short and long rails of wall thickness 18 gauge shall be welded, joining head and foot board irrespective of what is shown and specified on drawing. (viii) 04 Nos of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe stiffeners shall be welded joining long rails as specified. (ix) 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded commercial ply shall be provided to form as bed top Make Greenply/Archid /Century/Kitply. (x) All steel surfaces shall be spray painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer as directed by Engr in charge. (xi) PVC shoes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. (xii) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

Locker bed side steel (i) All joints,welding and fixing works shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/ specifications as shown on drawing. (ii) Overall size shall be 760mm long,600mm wide and 1100mm high. (iii) 1mm thick MS Sheet shall be used for sides,bottom,top,back and front including partition. (iv) Two half side shelves equally spaced making three compartments shall be provided at one partition and other partition shall have 20mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe 1.6mm thick with socket for hangilnlg cloths. (v) Each locker shall be provided with two chromium plated steel handles100 mm long with an arrangement for pad locking from outside with 75mm long CP hasp and staple as directed bny Engnr-in- Charge. (vi) The surfaces shall be spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic of silver grey or as required shade over a coat of primer. (vii) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

Rack shoe steel (i) The overall size of Rack shoe steel shall be as specified and as shown in drawing. (ii) The rack shall be constructed of 4 Nos 25 mm dia CR pipe frame fitted with five sets of shelves made of 3mm dia CR Rod surronded by 6mm dia CR rod as shown on drawing. (iii) Four compartmental shelves shall be of 175mm cntgre to cenrre and bottom one sahll be provided at 50mm from floor level. (iv) All Steel and iron surface exposed to view shall be painted with powder coated paint as directed. (v) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

Table with drawer steel 900x600x760mm (i) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. (ii) The side front and back of drawer shall be 12mm thick and 100mm high teak wood planks. The bottom of drawer shall be 6mm thick commerical ply wood. (iii) Top shall be 18/19mm thick pre laminated particle baord (interior grade) one side with decorative choice lamination & otherside balancing white lamination.4mm thick teak wood beasding shall be all round. (iv) Hard rubber ring shall be of approved quality shall be provide to legs (v) All exposed to wooden surface shall be finished with french polish after preparing the surface with sand paper to achive high glossy finish. (vi) All Joints and fixtures shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specifications. (vii) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

Charpoy Square tubler hard top (i) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440m high. All steel members shall be black powder coated as specified as per standard workmanship. (ii) Leg shall be 32mm x 32mm 16 gauge MS tube with MS plate welded a bottom of legs and under which rubber shoes 3mm thick. Rubber sheet fixed with adheshive at the end of leg front/rear leg shall be joint with each other stiffener size 25mm x 25mm x 16guage MS tube as specified. (iii) Long rail shall be 25mm x 65mm x 16 gauge MS tube frame allround welded with two stiffener size 25mm x 25mm x 16 gauge MS tube as directed as specified. (iv) Short rail shall be 25mm x 25mm x16 gauge MS tube sides allround with three 25 mm x 60mm x 6mm MS cleat welded with inner side of frame to support ply. (v) Plywood 12mm thick BWR grade Make Greenply/Archid /Century/Kitply shall be fixed through screw with MS cleat & stiffener with cup and washer.25X60X6 mm MS Cleat welded at both front and rear end with frame to support plywood All joints, welding and fixture shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/specification. (vi) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

PART II :- WOODEN Table Bed Side (i) All joints,welding and fixing works shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/ specifications. (ii) Overall size shall be 450 mm long,350 mm wide and 500 mm high. (iii) Top, sides & back shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated Particle Baord best Quality. (iv) A pullout tray of 18mm pre-laminated Particle Baord shall be provided with projection to serve as handle.Second class HW runner out of 20mmx20mm in section be fittedas shown in drawing to support the pullout tray. (v) A shutter of 18mm thick pre laminated Particle Baord with magnetic catch up shall fitted as specified. (vi) A Drawer with 18mm thick pre laminated Particle Baord at front,12mm at sides and back and 6mm ply at the bottom be made with Telescopic channel all as shown on drawing and as specified. (vii) All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with high gloss finish. (viii) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

Sofa set 5 seater with cushion (a) All works shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/ specifications as shown on drawing. (b) All wood shall be of 2nd class seasoned hard wood Tita Champa/ Hollocks . (c) One long piece of three seat of overall size 1740 mm long, 725mm wide and 800 mm high & two small pieces of one seat each overall size each 680mm long, 725mm wide and 800 mm high shall be considered for a set of Sofa five seats. (d) Arms including both Rear and front legs shall bemade out of 75mmx35mm in section wood. (e) Front and side rails shalll be of 35mm x 100mm in section wood. (f) Back shall be made oo frame of rails and styles of 70mm x 35mm in section wood as shown on drawing. (g) 12mm thick plywood BWR shall be fixed to both seat & back as specified and shown on drawing, (h) Ten numbers seat and back cushion 100mm thick 32-40 density (Kurl-on/ Sleepwell/ Duratuff) of size 530mmx500mm each shall be provided duly secured with malmal cloth and covered with tapestry cloth (not less than Rs.450.00 per RM) of approved colour and quality. (j) All Wood surfaces shall be french polished with glossy finish. (k) Rest all as per drawing.

Table dining 4 persons (i) All dimensions given for wood work are finished sizes. Overall size shall be 1200 mm long,900 mm wide and 750 mm high. (ii) All wood work and veneered surfaces shall be french polish as specified except where painting is indicated on drawings. (iii) Timber shall be 2nd class seasoned hard wood Tita Champa/ Hollocks shall be used otherwise specified with Table Top of 18 MM TH Pre Laminated MDF board of grade-I exterior quality as per IS:14587 shall be used. (iv) All joints & fixing shall be done by computer numerical control (CNC) in accordance with the standard workmanship / specification. (v) Dining table of 1200x900 size shall be provided with only one stiffener in the center of the table. (vi) 6 mm th tw lipping shall be provided on all the exposed edges of MDF duly treated with french polish as specified. 150x30x5 Th Ms Right Angle Screwed With Rail & Leg For Extra Strength. (vii) All Wood surfaces shall be french polished with glossy finish. (viii) Rest all as per drawing.

Table dining 6 persons (i) All works shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/ specifications as shown on drawing. (ii) 2nd class seasoned hard wood Tita Champa/ Hollocks shall be used . (iii) Overall size shall be 1500 mm long,900 mm wide and 750 mm high. (iv) Legs shall be joined by 45mm x 90mm hard wood rails in long and short sides at top . (v) One stiffener of 90mm x 20mm in section shall be fixed in the centre joining the long rails with dove tailed joints. (vi) Eight numbers Ms flat iron 30mm x 3mm and 150mm long bent to right angle shall be fixed at the junction of legs with top rails. (vii) Top of table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 4mm thick timber edging all round. (viii) Hard rubber shoes 25mm dia and 20mm high shall be provided to bottom of legs with screws. (ix) All wood surfaces shall be french polished with glossy finish. (x) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.

Table Computer (i) Overall size of top shall be 900mm long,561.20 mm wide and 750mm high. (ii) All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top ,shelves,drawers,tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. (iii) The frame of table shall be of 25MM square pipe of wall thickness not lss than 1.6mm.The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading. (iv) All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top shelves,drawers,tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage. (v) Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only.The drawers shall be provided with telescopic channel 300mm long.The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers . (vi) All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. (vii) Rest all as per drawing/specifications.
