Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters n.exe 1.50 Sqm (without taking of shutter from frame ) each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters exe 1.50 Sqm and not 4 sqm (without taking of shutter from frame) each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for chowkhat 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight, chowkhats and and frames wrought , framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with gluepinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick factory made Flush shutters ,solid core construction ,with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factoy made Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specifiedd and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer composite ) solid door/window and others frames/chowkhat of size 50x125 mm double shutter comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibres and non toxic additives fabricated with mitred joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS Screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer composite ) solid Plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibres and non toxic additives having minimum density of 650kg/cum and with property of being termite/borerproof,water/moisture proof and fire retardent and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws complete as per direction of Engg-in-charge.
